I definitely recommend Fontana Showers. I was struggling with funds after covid began and needing to finish get my house done. They was affordable, amazing at what they do and the choices from products are simply amazing. I saw products I didn't know existed, there are so many cool items it was hard to choose. Just trust me and you won't be disappointed.
We had my husbands parents done and they are absolutely amazed with the beauty and Quality of the work done in their home. They said that they would have never imagined that anyone would buy them this gift for a christmas gift. I have seen it video chat and I cant wait to go and see it in person. You wont be disappointed
They have some great quality products, that look high end and work great. I wanted to redo my bathroom, so we got a shower head, and it is AMAZING! I would highly recommend their products!

During covid, it's been so stressful and hard to keep our heads clear. We decided to use our stimulus to redo our bathroom. With the shut down, it was hard to shop. Having this online shopping was a blessing. It made is so much easier and the products we received were nice looking and easy to use!
I have been waiting 10 months for them to correct their shipping error and send us the faucet we paid for. For the past 6 months their solution to the problem has been to not return our calls & emails.
To make matters worse we have had several other issues with the 5 other faucets that we installed at our customers bank and the same service response. These faucets are cheaply made, difficult to install & do not hold up to any kind of regular use in a commercial setting. Do yourself a favor and buy your faucets elsewhere, these faucets are meant to look good online or in the showroom but not actually be used.
Customer service is on point! Good quality product, with high end look and feel. I redone my bathroom, the shower head is AMAZING and I also got a few decor items! Don't miss out on these quality products, they do not dissapoint!
My great aunt lives in another state from me and I help her with bills and things since she is unable to do this. Her bathroom needed the shower replaced. I looked around for a company that I believed I could trust to do the work without me there to monitor them. This company has professional workers and fast service. After speaking with someone over the phone, they were out to see her and assess the work that needed done. Since I was not able to be there, they took pictures and sent them to me with explanations of everything they would need to do and the breakdown of the cost. The whole job, from start to finish, took less than a week. This was from the day I called them until the job was finished.
I loved their work. It turned out fantastic. They were very nice and understanding. Definitely would go back.
They had the parts that the others didn't. I was able to complete my bathroom project with ease. Now my family couldn't be happier. Thanks Fontana!
Fontana Showers have the most beautiful products. If you love fountian like fausets or if you love the colors of the rainbow you should really check these guys out. They have my vote two thumbs up.
This is an amazing company to work with. They had just about everything I needed for my bathroom. I can enjoy my time in the bathtub relaxing in a beautiful space now! Forever grateful for this company.
I don't think I have ever provided a public review of a product but I've been pushed over the edge by this company. In Jan. 2019 I finished a space in our home with a guest shower. I ordered The Fontana shower set. Super excited to get it and see it installed. The guest shower has probably used a total of 6 times since it was installed (I can say this confidently due to the ability to count the visitors to our home). My daughter recently came and proceeded to use the shower - water sprayed everywhere out of the top shower head. I climbed up on a stool to see what was going on- see pictures and video attached. I called customer service- their response - basically sorry about your luck you are out of your 1-year warranty. I asked to speak to a manager- the same answer- I tried to explain that the shower had barely been used and that surely this was a manufacturing defect. I mean who puts screws in that rust for a part that would clearly be used in the water. I said- hey maybe I just got a lemon. I'm not asking for my money back but can I get a new head. REMEMBER HOW MUCH THESE PRODUCTS COST - over $300 for this shower head. The manager finally said send me a picture and video (BTW- it was a recurring theme that I was a big fat liar). This is their response- "So I have showed these photos to my supervisor who has informed me that the reason the unit is rusting is due to the use of harsh chemicals on the product such as bleach or clorox and that this is in fact not a manufacturer defect." Again its my fault- A. I NEVER CLEANED THE SHOWER HEAD- let's remember it was used 6 times over a 1 1/2 yrs from install. (to be honest, I think I may have only cleaned the floor of the shower and the doors just making sure they had no soap scum). Why would I clean the shower weekly, monthly whatever if it's not being used! I did some research on this company - it has a Chinese CEO and it appears all of the product is imported from China. I don't often think this way but I feel like I got taken for a lot of money for a showerhead from a cheap manufacturer! I trusted them because I trusted Houzz. I know my mistake! I hated being called a liar at almost every interaction. I take integrity very seriously! Please don't make this mistake with their products. It's too expensive of a risk to simply fail after 6 uses.
I loved the product which I recieved from them. Thanks to Fontana Showers. Their Customer service is very good.
Good quality products and good customer service seems to have good products and service no matter what
I ordered a bathroom faucet, I got it in generic box, not in the manufacturer's packaging, no information, no warranty, no instructions. It seems to me that was a retuned item.
I returned the box right away as I got it. I waited for 3 weeks to get my refund that's after emailed the customer service 4 times with no result. I had to call my bank to dispute the charge. Please be aware.
My bathroom was desperately in need of updating. This company helped so much. All of the items I was looking for were very easy to find. I finally enjoy going into and showing it off.
I got all my shower heads and they are wonderful and beautiful and I absolutely love them all. I definitely will be buying more when I need them. Or if my family need anything like this I will be telling them about this company right here.
