I recently purchased a shower system and received it with a couple of missing parts. It was a very easy process of calling get them replaced. The rep was very helpful and I received the items within 2 days. Then my contractor misplaced more parts! I called Fontana back and spoke with the same rep (she was so helpful before). They FedEx'ed the parts the next day! I can't wait to get the shower system finally finished and will write a product review then. However, I wanted to share my positive experience with customer service.

Looking back on our experience with Fontana Showers now is pretty comical... They messed up our experience in pretty much every way possible. We purchase a beautiful 3 set matching brushed nickel shower system for almost $1700 but when It arrived it was the wrong parts put together and the controller was some Chinese model that the plumbers had a very difficult time installing because there were no instructions. Then the controller started leaking so we had to fix that, while we are waiting for the new parts to arrive we realize that the pipe fittings were the wrong type of thread for American pipe thread. So now we had another order being sent to us with the correct pipes. The second replacement order arrived and the knobs didn't look anything like what the picture on the website look like and she said that that's all they had in the warehouse so they just sent it to us! Probably the most funny was how they kept sending multiple orders of showerheads and they kept sending 12 inch showerheads when we ordered 10 inch, the showerhead supposed to have the wideband around the top but it was a skinny one that didn't look anything like the picture but there again they said at the warehouse sent the wrong one so they sent us another order this time two of the wrong showerheads arrived LOL. After more orders than I can count we finally canceled had the plumbers come out remove the whole system because we never got the right parts and after about three weeks we got a full refund.
I'm actually convinced that the office staff does not communicate with the warehouse and warehouse actually just sends whatever is closest at hand without even looking at the order LOL. It was very agonizing at the time because we were trying to finish our new bathroom but now looking back on it it is laughable, they literally were just grab whatever part was on the shelf nearest them and send it to us hoping it would fit. I would have no confidence if I were to order something from them again that what I ordered actually showed up. SEE BELOW
See the attached picture? I still have two of the showerheads in my garage that they sent even after we requested a refund LOL! They had no idea what was going on at the warehouse. Anyone want one of these? I can't guarantee that the pipe threads are American though...
