659-612-HNB2 Mfg Date: 06/2016, We Purchased This Shower Faucet ('8' Inch Shower Square Head) Like 8/2/16 And It Have Never Been Installed Yet And They Been In The Box In Forever We Are Upgrading Our Baths At That Original Time But They Have Been Delayed Few Years In A Row. So We Need To Update Our Baths Pls!

I bought all my shower fixtures in late last Feb just before the lockdown. Resumed the project 2 months ago. Numerous missing and broken pieces. They refused to do anything at all. "out of warranty" which is pretty lame during a pandemic.
Now I am forced to buy the replacement parts (Led rainshower, body jet and misc parts) from them or someone else that sells them. Unhappy!
Customer service is non exhistant. They use an automated system that just does not work at all. It takes weeks to get a response and even then nothing is deffinative. The only people that answer the phone are sales people. When you ask a service question they tell you to submit a ticket. Terrible expierence. My $1200. 00 shower system has exploded to a total of $1700. 00
