I been looking for a great shower head I came across Fontana Shower Heads I really like the styles an finally can make my decision on a Fontana Style.
Their products come from China. Delivery was delayed multiple weeks. The soap dispensers finally arrived and 14 out of 14 were BROKEN. The batteries did not fit. When you could force the batteries in the machines either did not work or they dripped soap out. Did not work at all
I purchased a Constantine Brushed Nickel Kitchen Sink Faucet with Pull Down Sprayer on 5/16/20 and it is 6/5/20 and I still have not received my order when it was promised in 5 days. I called about 20 times at all times and no one answers the phone. Absolutely no apologies from Fontana. Do not any products from this company.
I ordered a shower head system and had an issue. When I contacted Fontana Showers, they fixed the issue with true professionalism. Marzena was the absolute best. I have never had this kind of customer service before. More representative need to be more like her; outstanding, courteous and responsive to my needs. I wish I could give her more stars!
I would like to first start by saying I Purchased a Fontana Shower set on Amazon in 2014 the shower started becoming cold and I was told by my plumber I needed a thermostatic cartridge when I contacted horzon direct depot Who sold me the shower set they were unable to find this cartridge I was getting ready to go on Amazon and tell people not to buy this Fontana shower set at $700 when I decided to contact Fontana. I would like to say in an era where customer service has become increasingly obsolete Marzena was amazing she was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to my messages I could tell she was working hard to find the part that I needed instead of writing a bad review on Fontana and telling people not to buy their shower sets instead and I am now thoroughly impressed and would recommend them to anybody she is a great employee for your company and should be rewarded or promoted and I hope you do so thank you very much!
Got the Fontana Lenox touchless faucet Installed last week in my clients office building the quality of those automatic faucets are pretty impressive and the all work just perfect.
We have been designing high end custom home for past 12 years. Recently we have purchased few sink faucets, bathtub faucets and showers from fontana showers and all came in pretty fast. They have been installed last month and they are for sure worth the price. Quality is amazing and fontana showers have been responsive in timely fashion to all our inquires. I had a wonderful experience with this company. From the first phone call to tje order arriving, the customer service was perfect! They answered any questions I had about the products, both about the material and specific functions of it. My order was shipped quickly and the products were in great condition, and worked just as expected!. I was able to install the shower heads easily, and they worked amazingly!
When we ordered the Fontana gold shower set my husband was bit skeptical, since the price was a bargain. After we got it installed the quality of this shower is truly amazing and we love how the different functions work separately without any loss in water pressure. Truly worth every penny
Fontana showers have been unable to do anything right. I ordered a gold LED bathroom sink faucet. First of all the product was shipped used and parts and instructions were missing. Photo's were sent because they refuse to send a new faucet. They stated that nothing was missing and sent instructions for a 6 spray shower. I contacted them again and they apologized and said they would send a waterline T to connect the handles to the faucet(which wasn't the only item missing). I asked them to overnight it, they sent it regular mail and it didn't arrive for a week. When it arrived it was the completely wrong piece. Fontana has awful customer service and the warehouse doesn't know what parts go where. I still can't get a NEW complete faucet from them! Stay away from this company!
Fontana showers are so beyond relaxing once installed. Easy to set up and start using. The instructions are self explanatory. Their customer service is great too.

I'm glad I recently discovered Fontana Showers. I wasn't sure at first if I can trust that company but I could find a review here on Sitejabber. And indeed, the customer service is as good as described by this fellow Sitejabber reviewer. I had a complicated set up for my new shower and customer service could help me find all the rights parts and gave me detailed instructions. They truly stand behind their products.
I had bought the Fontana Showers LED oil rubbed bronze shower back in March but my bathroom project took longer than expected so plumber go around installing it last week. He noticed we are missing one connection part and had to call Fontana Showers customer service. Amazingly we got this part shipped in 2 days. Great service.
