Love everything about this company! They have so many unique products for any bathroom remodeling needs. You can find so many color and finish you may need. Their website is easy to us and ordering too. Free shipping is a plus anytime. They are very friendly the employees are so helpful. I definitely recommend them for every need. I will be going back.

I ordered a faucet set. Its expensive but amazing quality and it makes my bathroom different then any other bathroom I've seen. I also ordered the two person massage tub with LCD TV and its the best buy for your bathroom. Now I just need to figure how to keep my kids and husband out the dang bathroom all the time.

I had previously ordered what I thought was going to be a superb shower but turned out what they sent me was cheap, broken crap. A friend mentioned Fontana Showers and after seeing her bathroom, I immediately contacted them. While I was out of a master shower for quite some time due to the cheap crap causing issues and not to mention the faucet handle broke in my hand while I was trying to turn off the water, when my items came in, they were not only beautiful but far from cheap looking. The deal I got on my new shower faucets and fixtures were absolutely amazing. The oasis I have now is definitely the perfect way to unwind and I love that I don't have to worry about a faucet handle breaking off while gently turning the water off.
Great products and they stand behind their one year warranty, no hesitation. Sent them pictures of a problem in a 1 year old faucet, and they sent a new one! Can not beat that!

I ordered a shower system, it was missing parts. Oh it was also missing the instructions. I called to get replacement parts, they sent me the wrong part then they sent me a new system... again the same 2 parts were missing. My plumber has been out to my house 2 times already... I called them again about the parts they wanted me to photograph all the parts I did get (haha) and after a half hour we got disconnected. This has held up my bathroom remodel now for a week. They are horrible do not order from these people.
This company will dupe you in believing that they have good products. Stay away! Don't buy from them. They will ship to you products that you didn't actually order. And they will make excuses about it.
Buyer Beware! Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Do yourself a favor and do not buy a product where they can't supply you with replacement parts, they yes you to death but never return your call. They act confused everytime I call about the same issue since May 2020 and now we're into September. Just horrible!
I'm glad that I decided to do a bathroom renovation during this virus. This shower head is awesome I feel like I am at a spa. Also it was so easy to install. I would recommend it to anyone.
This Fontana Faucet was reasonably priced and complimented my recent vanity purchase. Installation instructions were adequate and it took minimum time to install. It looks good and compliments the rest of the accessories.

I ordered a rainfall shower from them on June 22,2020. Mid July I sent a request asking for the status of my order and was told they would contact the warehouse... never heard back from that person. On July 22nd I contacted them again and was told they could not figure out if it was sent or not. I stated I did not receive it and there was not any tracking on it. They told me once again they would look into it. July 24th I was told they were out of the product and I told them I wanted a refund. I was told it would be processed. It is now Aug 17th and no refund has been done, they also are ignoring every email I send asking for the status of the refund. I'm now going to have to file a claim with my credit card for them taking my money and not sending me the product. I can't believe this company basically stole my money. I would highly recommend you not order from them!
Purchased rainfall shower heads set missing the handle and the LED lights stay white do not change color as advertised. Customer Service wanted pictures and videos all were sent. Said they would review. Never heard back called promised to rush it up the latter never heard back. Called few days later was put on hold then hung up on 3 times. 4 call back said promise would look into and get back. Heard nothing. Several excuses from covid to warehouse will not answer, last person who was working quit ect...

Installed a system a year ago, the ceramic on off cartridge went bad and parts are not available. I tried several parts house and the cartridges are not available anywhere.
