FNP as always delivered the right quality and in time. They just need to improve on the way the greeting card and the paper with order details are sent with the gift. It has to go in a 'sealed' envelope and not the way it is sent now-open for everyone to see. Hope they change this system acrosss cities.

I placed an order for Same Day Delivery and paid extra for delivery charges before I made the payment It was showing that product will be delivered same day but once You make the payment they will change their words, suddenly it started showing that product will be delivered next day that too tentative, I called the customer care person and told him that I placed the order for same-day delivery and there is no point paying much money for a normal product which is available in market in a cheaper rate we are paying for the right delivery timing if the occasion is today and you will deliver tomorrow there is no point to place an order from Ferns & Patels but the only thing I heard that sorry for the inconvenience and also they will not allow you to cancel your order

First it was an international delivery which was supposed to be delivered on 6th and after checking the cake was not delivered and when I called customer service they didn't have any update at all... So pathetic customer service they will never have anwsers to ur Questions... I would never recommend this to anyone... still struggling with them for refund as the birthday is already gone and there was No delivery of cake..
