They will never deliver on time. They instead will disturb the person the next day after birthday at 12 am and disturb their sleep. Completely unprofessional and yet they charge 200rs for delivery. Still don't have a clue why they charge 200rs for this kind of delivery,

I ordered a combo of cake and bamboo plant for a special occasion. First my order was changed to another plant without me knowing in advance. I received an email about it and Then the plant wasnt even delivered. All they received was the cake. So so disappointed with the service. It was for a special occasion and it has passed. Would not recommend or order again

I ordered a personalised item for my relatives anniversary which was to be delivered on 22. They were not able to meet the delivery date and blamed it on the courier. There was no option to cancel the order and customer service was of no help! Really pathetic service... looks like the reviews here are all fake! Please don't waste your money!
