Had ordered a birthday cake which was just made of cream and hardly any cake to be found inside. Totally disappointing. Shall never patronize FNP for cakes.

The Gold color of mug for just so awesome and the image was too good.
One suggestion is to allow users upload more than 1 image, also a software to visualize how the images will look on mug. Two diiferent images can be printed on mug instead of one.
It was a nice experience when you can spread love and happiness with your near and dear ones, specially when your overseas.
All well, actual product and product images are same. Though happiness has no cost but I found prizes are 20 - 35 percent higher.
Great service! From placing the order to being notified of the delivery - faultless! Customer Support are also lightning fast when it comes to responding to queries, despite the time difference of some of the customers (I'm based in the UK, raised a ticket quite late in the evening and received a reply within minutes despite it being the dead of the night in India). The only slight dissatisfaction was with a call being made to the recipient of the flowers as it spoiled the surprise. Overall, a fantastic experience and I will be using FNP again.
The cake was rated as delicious by the recipient of the gift.The entire process, from placing the order, to it's delivery well within the specified period was without any hitches. The pakaging, as well as the card that I chose to accompany the gifted cake, were greatly appreciated.

I'm really happy with their services! Had ordered a cake and some flowers- they both were delivered on time and looked beautiful. The cake was delicious and looked exactly like that in the picture on their website. Even the flowers were fresh and were arranged into a pretty bouquet (again as shown on their website). Needless to say, I will be ordering stuff from them again :)
I don't have an option for providing you people without a star, that is why am giving this single star. Lack of proper planning to deliver the products in time for placed orders. Despite i placed an order online through www.fnp.com ( ferns and petal website order number *******) on Nov 6th 2019, giving them enough timing to deliver the order on 14th of November they failed to dispatch the order through courier prior 12th of November 2019.
Even though i have followed up with them several times to ensure it is send on time they desperately failed on this. The special occasion was on 14th November 2019 and the order is still in transit for which the order will be delivered by 15th of November 2019. That too not a guarantee!.
I am never going to prefer this site again believing them to deliver any items to me, nor refer to my friends for preferring Ferns and Petals.
Come on guys you being a firm responsible to deliver goods on time especially for special occasions, you seriously should have competent staff who does proper planning! Unfortunately you failed me!
