I used FNP App for the first time to have a cake and a gift item delivered for my daughter's birthday. I found it extremely user friendly to navigate, pay and track. The items especially the cakes were very fresh and they are a good value for money.
What needs to be an area of focus for further improvement is to expand the range of personalized gift items as well as their delivery lead times. Wish FNP good luck.

Dont waste your time with these guys they are gundas waiting to get hold of your money and then deliver all the wrong products. I had the worst experience in online shopping. These guys kept delaying my order that and eventually called me at night to tell me they dont have the cake i wanted and will deliver another flavor instead. LOL. These guys should be exposed for the fraudsters that they are and be taken to court. There are many other delivery sites that are professional and provide reasonably good service. Ferns and Petals has to be the worst experience i have ever had shopping online and will seriously ask any one looking to order from them to stay away

I ordered cake, bouquet and customised mug on the same day of my brother birthday after 10:00 am. I was little sceptical regarding the delivery. All my apprehensions vanished when my brother informed me that he has received all the products within time and the ordered cake was very yummy, whereas mug and bouquet was beautiful.
