I had ordered a personalized photo bottle to gift my wife. I wanted to surprise my wife on her Birthday but Ferns n Petals totally ruined it. They send me a bottle with a miserable/WORST finishing. No quality checks were performed at their end before the delivery of the product.
I called the customer care and they simply were adamant that I had to call them within 48 hours and since I called after 48 hours they won't be helping out. Being the website which is used for gifting options, they don't even understand that gifts are supposed to be open on the occasion and not prior to that. Very unsatisfactory service. THEY ARE ACTUALLY A SCAM.
I wish negative rating option was provided for you. Very disappointing experience. It was my first order and I would make sure it's the last.

I have used ferns and petals over the years for sending gifts to my family and friends. And it was always a good experience... and i really appreciate that they communicate so efficiently and make sure that the order will be delivered on time. Despite all the difficulties in locating the address and the given phone number being unavailable... they made sure that the order will get delivered... delivery boy was also very polite and sensibile... i am happy with the overall experience... and will definitly recommend FNP to everyone.
Customer service is worst. They'll change the time slot according to their wish(Why should they ask if they'll have to change it) Worst part is you cannot cancel the order if it's not delivered on time. It's a scam. Stay away
I had taken a midnight delivery for which they charged extra money. The person was not able to find a location. The delivery was not done on the scheduled time. And the Ferns and Petals team does not even bothered to inform.
One person name "Deepa" she called next day morning and told me if you have any problem about the delivery contact Ferns and Petals and no need to call me.

I PERSONALLY HAD BAD EXPERIENCE ABOUT FERNS AND PETALS. ACTUALLY I AM A CUSTOMER WHO TRUSTED THEM A LOT. EARLIER. MORE THAN 25 TO 30 CAKES I HAD ORDERED FOR DIFFERENT DIFFERENT BIRTHDAYS AND OTHER OCCASIONS. EARLIER IT WAS FINE WITH FERNS AND PETALS BUT LATER ON FOR THE LAST 2 TO 3 ORDERS THEY HAVE CREATED VERY BAD IMPRESSIONS ON COMPANY. THEY EVEN SENT A CAKE WHICH WAS NOT FRESH AND ALSO SMELL WAS COMING FROM CAKE. WE THREW ED IN DUSTBIN AND WHEN I COMPLAINED THEY SEND CAD BURY CELEBRATION WITH APOLOGY LETTER (THAT TOO ON PLAIN PAPER) ALONG WITH 20% DISCOUNT FOR FUTURE ORDER. AGAIN THEY DID THE BLUNDER IN SENDING CAKE VERY LATE TO ONE OF MY FRIEND AT BHANDUP. WHEN I FIRED THEY SAID LOT OF SORRY. THEY HAD DEDUCTED 49 RS FOR DELIVERY CHARGES THAT TOO THEY DIDN'T REFUNDED. NOW TODAY AGAIN IN GOA DELIVERY THE TIMING WAS TO DELIVER BY 2PM BUT WHEN I INQUIRED THEY STARTED GIVING DIFFERENT DIFFERENT EXCUSES. SUCH A BAD AND UNTRUSTY COMPANY. NEVER TO BELIEVE THIS FERNS AND PETALS ANYMORE. YOU WILL END UP IN DISAPPOINTMENT. THEY ONLY TRY TO SAY SORRY AND ALL. THEY WILL NOT RECTIFY THEIR MISTAKES. NOT A GOOD OPTION TO ORDER CAKE FROM FERNS AND PETALS. ITS BETTER TO ORDER LOCALLY INSTEAD OF WASTING YOUR VALUABLE TIME AND MONEY ON FERNS AND PETALS
The guitarist I had with my order was very professional. Best service I could ever imagine of. They were very very very kind and made the video for us... so thoughtful of the delivery boys. Kept our emotions fulfilled. My regards to them.
