The experience was perfect. Everything was done without any error. After every step I was informed. Any queries that I had were solved within an hour.
Horrible service. PLEASE never order anything from this site. They dont even deliver saying person not available. When the person is available 24 hrs. And they do not refund the amount either. It is really sad, especially when people from abroad send something for the loved ones. So disappointed.

I had ordered bouquet of white pristine flowers but the quality was awful. They seemed like 4 to 5days old. The flowers were stale and greens were yellow. Customer service is also very poor. They don't take cognizance.
They delivered it on time cake was very tasty and if good quality, well done. It was a surprise for a friend and he loved it too. Good tasty cake and lovely flowers and card
I have been using Ferns n Petals for over three years now and I've found them to be prompt, timely delivery and so far most products ordered seem to have been of reasonably good quality. As it's all been gifts I have no personal experience but the feed back from my friends and family has been good. Please keep up the good work.

Having very bad experience with Ferns N Petals from last few orders. I ordered something and scheduled it for a birthday, they delivered the order 4 days before and when I raised a concerned, I get this automated reply-
"We would like to inform you that this is festive time and sometime courier gift may delayed so not to spoil your occasion we deliver it earlier."
Irony is a business which runs on the idea to deliver gifts on scheduled date, changes the slot selected by customer without any communication.
I have ordered fro 2 persons to gift for the Diwali occassion, but the other one was sent on 13th of November and the other one was not yet delivered until now. Customer service agents are not helpful at all. Nothing will happen if you call them or send queries on your ticket. Instead of delivering happiness and warmth to people, It was such a disappointment. For the record I have ordered on 11th ofNovember, days prior than the delivery date. If they have a problem on the said date. They could have called me, but nothing. And the money plant was not fresh. It has black on the leaf.
I ordered Diwali Sweets for my relatives... They Delivered some other sweets to my relatives. I felt insulted infrant of my Relatives... poor quality and bad taste. Worst app don't order anything from this app... Very Very bad experience from Fern and Petals Hyderabad. And they didn't reply for my mail n calls too. They Didn't refund me and even not delivered which I ordered from them. Plz Plz Plz Don't take anything from this app...

I would request everyone to not buy this particular plant cause my one died in a week or two. The leaves just kept falling all at once and set a whole negative vibe to my room and I had to throw it out eventually
Very worst delivery and the product given to me. Without my knowledge they itself processed the order. So I want my refund amount for the product which u didn't sent me. For the bamboo plant I want refund.
