I had ordered a fruit cake on 22nd Nov 2020, it was given on time but the cake received no where matches the picture showed in their site. They put big chunks of fruits and the apples were turning brown and no glaze and lot of gaps.No one will buy this for that price if they see it in person before buying it. The funniest part is when I gave the same review to them they are defending that each chef have their own style of baking and design. I don't want to comment on taste as it was ordered as gift.
The cake I ordered for my Mom's birthday was delivered right on time and was quite fresh, tasty and well packed. Since I am away from home, I would like to thank Ferns n Petals for the quick and hassle free delivery that helped make my Mom's birthday special even during the pandemic.

I must have placed 20 orders to my dear ones in last one year or so. First delivery was perfect and quality is good no complains on quality ever. But for last three months the service has detoriate and many orders cancelled and i didnt get even refund for couple... leave that its for diwali i had three orders for same *******@4299 rs one for mumbai and two for delhi. Mumbai was perfect... but delhi one had one packet missing each. I wrote to fnp answer was you shoud hv responded in 24 or 48 hrs, so we cant do anything. This is rubbish first they are sending short and no courtsey. Placed 20 orders and this is the feedback... very poor response company with no ethics... i am really dissappointed. I live in switzerland and use these cmpanies for near and dear ones... and such responses are not acceptable. So thats why i m rating them very poor..

Here is a comparison of the cake I ordered vs what I got from FNP. For the price I paid, the cake looked very sloppy. The fondant work on it was not uniform at all, the 'day' in birthday was just squeezed in to fit somehow. This was supposed to be meant for a special birthday celebration, and it came across as a complete disappointment. When contacted, all customer service would offer me is 20% discount on a future order. Why would I order again from a place that has disappointed me in the first place?

I ordered a bouquet of roses n two sets of chocolates for someone's bday but the recipient received only one set of chocolates. When I contacted customer care they promised to rectify their mistake but failed to do so thus completely spoiling our surprise. N even after so many mails they hv refunded me half of the amount of undelivered product for a reason unexplained.so I m terribly disappointed with their service, customer care n the site itself. Alas, no option of zero star.

I love Ferns N Petal. Have been a long time customer. Always went to them when we lived in Delhi. Now that I am abroad and use their service for flower delivery, my loyalty is shaken.
I am learning that their is quality control over the franchises - The Hyderabad franchise is good the Allahabad franchise is BAD.
Find a different flower delivery service in Allahabad because you will keep waiting to hear back from your family that the flowers arrived and how happy it made them but the FnP delivery boys will return without finding the address... not sure why they are delivery boys then!
I ordered a bunch of lilies worth around 1400/- and what was delivered was a bunch of roses (might be worth a few hundred). This is completely unacceptable. I complained to their support, and they responded once syaing that they will get back to me. But still have not got back to me. They are no even posting feedback honestly. My review on the product is not appearing. So no use giving feedback also.
I ordered a Pineapple cake for my brother's birthday. He stays in Bhubaneswar and I placed the order from Chennai, just a day before. The delivery was really fast and smooth. Cake was awesome and fresh, same as shown in pic. Thanks FnP for making the occasion special
I ordered a cake from delhi to Mussoorie, which I was not expecting whether it would be delivered and that to on time since its a small city, but due to the wonderful services by Ferns n petals that too in a small cities it actually gives a good experience to surprise someone living in whichever states and cities.
