My delivery was on time, the flower bouquet was fresh & pretty, I was always updated. Smooth process

Truffle cake was liked by all. It`s flavor was appreciated by all. 1 thing I did not like was the way it was presented. The message was not written on a gift card as was shown while ordering the cake. It was written on a piece of paper and that also shabbily cut. So, please improve your presentation as it effects the company image.

The customer friendly app and thorough professionalism has what is really appreciable. I didnt hv to call anybody anytime and everything was done in time... i loved it. Highly recommended..

Despite the fact that the cake of my choice wasn't available, you still managed to deliver an alternate cake right on time.

Really disappointed with the delivery timelines... wouldn't have order if I knew that the order is not going to be received even by end of the day... how does it even help if you send the flowers meant for anniversary after 8or 9pm when the whole day is gone... pointless and worthless, won't order anything again..

I was really dicey abt that order will be delivered on time but I would really appreciate... that FNP stand on its promise and actually everything went so smooth and it got delivered juz as expected and same day delivery option is very worthful if u want to surprise anyone. Keep giving ur best FNP... I am I will gonna chose you for every another time... Go for FNP

I ordered birthday wooden box, but it isn't working. I raised a ticket within 24 to 48 hours of the delivery. But these people just wanted to close the ticket and not ready to address the issue. They just want the money and they will delivery an unworthy product. Also, they do not have a customer service to look into the issue, just to have an automatic reply and close the ticket.

I ordered a gift for my fiancee took forever to get there after I spoke them them like 10 times and they hangup on me. Supervisor lied to me and said gift will be delivered before 1:00 pm but it never did. So rude on the phone never use this company there are SHADY SHADY SHADY

Delivery is on time. Good service. The cake i ordered is exactly same as shown. Overall great experience.

I had booked cake chocolates rose for my relative anniversary & pay extra 250 for midnight delivery to make them surprise. But #fernsnpetal even bother to inform that our order has been cancelled with out informing us & we are waiting just like fools. Extremely dissatisfied with there service. Do not about there quality. Feel like Paying Extra Getting more fooled. Even the Bill i received was not a GST Bill.
