Had ordered an anniversary cake through Ferns and Petals in outskirts of Jamshedpur. Despite having chosen"free delivery" with a wide time duration, the delivery was made at about 6pm, right when the celebrations were about to begin. The cake was fresh and the delivery boy had really pleasant manners.
Pathetic service. Just give false information to clients. No call courtesy. They are just fooling us. I have paid 1k and still awaiting for my delivery neither they have returned my amount.
Well, all went in a friendly and supportive way thanks fnp for understanding and delivering the best out of best. Hopefully see you soon ordering something new.

Ordered items for Functions.
I ordered decorated pastry, wishing card and candles. They are multiple issues
1. In card from person name and to person name is written as same.
1. Even after delivery Informing multiple times it's not corrected they are least bothered.
2. in site big image was shown of candle 49Rs taken from us
In bill it was written as 10Rs n it was such small size only cost max 5-10Rs
3. Decorated cake delivered not from FnP they gave order to other vendor Bake studio near to my home in udupi and for item cost of 850Rs in site they charged 1250Rs.
4. After calling Bake studio they said we charge only 850 to FNP and 5Rs to candles
5. Called FNP they said they don't have shops in Udupi so gave they bought from other shop and delivered and what about charges such huge changes and not taking responsibility also for their mistakes.
I ordered 2 photo cushions for my Mom but the quality of both the products was pathetic. I raised a complaint within 24-48 hours but FnP didn't even care. I shared pics and videos of there products but they just closed the issue. They charge premium, deliver poor products and treat customers like idiots. I don't think I'll buy again from them.

We're in US and Ordered Bhaiya Dooj and Diwali gift hamper from the website to be delivered to Brampton, Canada and the items delivered were expired Soan Papdi and Dry Fruit was stale and a live insect. Upon reporting the incident to customer service they have been giving us the run around with no resolution for the past 4 weeks. Will not recommend anyone else to go the same ordeal.

Reading the reviews off the web really made me nervous whether or not I should order a bouquet from this site.
However, I had a pleasant experience with them. The customer service was super helpful and prompt.
I even received a discount! They also periodically informed me through email when the item is out for delivery and included pictures of the finished item after it was delivered.
The bouquet itself though, it was... okay. It wasn't exactly as what's shown on the site but still acceptable.
