Every single order of mine has been botched up by FNP... the current order ******* had only these issues--- order to be delivered by 9pm doesnt come... a call comes at 9pm saying order is delayed 'sorry'... next day order comes with the most rotten flowers which the delivery boy says are fresh... multiple complaints are raised on their website... only 1 copy paste scripted response comes... on call-the agent can only say 'sorry im not authorised'... on chat... no one responds for 15 min!

FNP not deserves One star rating also. I had ordered a cake on my birthday. I got SMS and mails saying that it will be delivered on time. Last moment I received message that Delivery not possible for a couple of days. Such a bad and horrible experience from reputed firm. Irresponsible management

I sent dry fruits, chocolates and sweets through Ferns and petals. My experience is very good. It was delivered on time. I was kept informed about the progress of the order till delivery.
Highly Disappointed with the service of ferns and petals. They failed to deliver my gift on the mentioned date. It was Highly embarrassing situation for me. The price of the product was almost double from Amazon and flipkart. Still I chose ferns and petals as they always prefer to deliver the gifts on time. But highly disappointed with the service of them. My product has not been delivered yet. And the birthday is over. Very very disappointed. Will never ever purchase anything from this site..
Very disappointing service. They first will mess up your order and then will close the ticket without adressing your concerns. Then simply you cant do anything other than seeing your money getting wasted. They do not understand the differencr between what you order and what have you received. I will never be ordering from them again and urge everyone not tk waste their money and emotions.

Sent all wrong orders and asking verification of what we ordered. I mean we are paying you and you are not doing anything for free. So do the job correctly and don't mess with our orders. When I am sending a congratulations card, you send a get well soon card? How pathetic?
