I always make it a point to keep all the flowers that my husband gives me. Mind you; the roses were not that dry yet since it was just days long. Upon opening to dry them, I saw some caterpillars (10+) in every rose. There was even a big one! We raised our concern to them through email, but it was just useless. Never order from them because if you have concerning issues, they will never address them properly.

I wanted to surprise my wife on our wedding anniversary. I had never done this before since my wife was always with me here in Canada.
Unfortunately this year she is stuck in India since there is a flight ban from India to Canada.
I was not sure if I will be able to send some kind of gift to my wife who is in Lucknow these days.
A friend of mine recommended me to check ferns and petals.
I looked at the website and there were lots of options to choose from for different occasions.
I chose 1 kilo of cake and a flower bouquet for my wife to be sent on May 26th 2021.
Both the things were sent to the home address in the promised time window and the products were exactly the same as mentioned / displayed on the website.
I was notified about all the movements and delivery was done in a very professional manner.
Thank you ferns and petals for being opened in these difficult times and thank you for delivering a wow experience.
I had zero issues and have only got good things to say about the whole experience right from ordering to receiving.

So I placed two orders for different location. One got cancelled due to CoVid restrictions which was totally acceptable. The second order was still being shown in progress at 8 in night, when I called up to inquire about it, the customer support executive then informs me the order cannot be delivered due to technical issues. No remorse, overall the day was wasted and plans went for toss.
Not to be trusted service

I was to get order delivered by 24 may but didn't get it. Why you guys claim if you cant process your order. That's is very unprofessional on your teams part. Why are we paying extra charges if you guys cant deliver. Things on time?
I don't wanna give even one star but thats the least i can give so here you go.

Itna ghatiya experience kv Nhi hua hoga jitna is baar apne bdy pe hua. Pura loot macha rakha hai. Mera paisa waste hua sirf 899 rs ka cake order kiya Aya 100-150 rs wala, 799rs ka Rasgulla order kiya Aya 6rs piece wala only 15 piece wala Rasgulla. Customer care wale to call hi nhi uthate bs paisa lene ne Aage Aage payment ho jata hai. Jo faltu sa cake Aya wo tak fresh nhi tha cake Rasgulla Sara utha k fekna para. Total payment 1727 rs ka kiya jo ki pura waste jo product Aya uska kimat
Cake 150rs + rasgulla 15 piece * 6rs =90
Yani 150+90=240 rs se jada ka saman nhi tha jitna inhone fraud krke liya... Mereko paise return Kriye bs. Humlog itna paisa achi service pane ke liye Dete hai sir na ki waste krne ke liye. I want my money back.

I ordered a bunch of flowers and a gift basket which was to be delivered to a famous hospital in Panchkula. Delivery did not happen and they lied that the address is wrong.

I placed an order on fnp app and spoke to two different customer representatives and explained them the customisation that was required. They confirmed it with the vendor partner about the same but still ended up delivering wrong product.
Besides, I was really embarrassed to see that delivered product image too as it had nothing but just a piece of stale flowers.

Considering it was for my relative's wedding anniversary, I was so embarrassed that I had to literally send them another gift to overcome from this incident.
FNP sucks! Moreover, your vendor partners are absolute disgusting. I would never recommend anyone to book a product from fnp.

Though I was much worried about the negative reviews about the site, I had a perfectly pleasant experience. Both the ordered items were delivered on time and were of good quality too.

Don't waste your time and money. They will just take the money upfront and never deliver. There is no return or refund so it's like CHARITY.

Carrying a gift from a brother to his sister is a job of high sensitivity and responsibility since feelings are also companions of the gift being carried. Ferns N Petals is doing this pious duty with good efficiency. I wish Ferns N Petals adds new features that can add value for the joy of we the customers.

The delivery person demonstrated the LED pillow to my niece on her birthday which was a big big plus, excellent service!

Worst service... They never deliver on time. And they are fraud. And the customer care does not pick p your call. Customer care is very rude
I ordered a cake to be delivered to my friend's place for the birthday 3 days prior and it was not delivered on the D-day. When i called the customer care a day later after the birthday, they said it can't be delivered even today.
We will try for tomorrow or day after tomorrow
So basically four days after the birthday
Also their tracking policy is not transparent

They didn't deliver my items or tried to deliver it. They are liers and cheaters. Do not buy from them

Do not go with ferns and petals you will regret it. Very pathetic service
They call local store and deliver from their side and takes double triple charges from customers

Horrible horrible service. Really upset. Parents ordered really expensive birthday cake in India for delivery in Berlin, couldn't leave the house on my birthday or the day before, or the days after as I was waiting for delivery. It was ordered over a week in advance but neither are they delivering it or cancelling the order for refund. Extremely annoyed by this behaviour. Once in a while they reply or answer with "Sorry for the inconvenience, will deliver it before XXX time" but never happens. Had never faced this issue with the Ferns and Petals India. Will never use their service again.

Order placed 5th may, delivery was supposed to be 12th May for the birthday party.
Update: The comments as expected are name sake and still replying to mails with the standard "looking into it".
Funnily enough, they are claiming wrong address while we have citizenship documents proof with the address. Besides if that was the issue, they had multiple phone numbers to call so we could come out of the building to guide them.
Upon all this, they have the audacity to mail parents back in India at odd timings like midnight that it is a perishable item and can only be delivered if you reply to this mail within 2 hours. Really unbelievable, the heights they will go to just to avoid giving you a refund for ruining your birthday.
