They will disappoint you at the very last moment. I placed an order and as they ask for a preferred delivery date I did so, I got a message from them around 1 week before the preferred delivery date that "Your ORDERNO for PERSON NAME will be delivered as per your chosen date by COURIER PARTNER". I called them in afternoon my chosen date and they said "Dont worry your order will be delivered". By evening they said we don't deliver order at given address. Just ruined everything for me. I ordered around 10 days before the preferred date because it was important to me but they left me in such a helpless situation. I am writing this review not as a revenge but because I don't want someone else to feel that way.

Recently I have ordered 4 plants in multicolored self watering pots (ref no: *******). During booking and payment, the delivery date is mentioned as 3rd June (for gifting occasion). But they have delivered on 5th June, gave their apology saying their delivery partner delayed. This is highly unprofessional. Secondly, the package was worst and pathetic for a live plants, out of 4 plants, two plants is almost half dead condition. I' m not sure, it will survive or not. The quality of soil used in the pot is very poor (it is full clay). For indoor plants, they should use loose soil with cocopit & vermicompost as a mixture. Over all the whole experience with FNP is highly disheartened.

Order a fruit cake for friend bday and FNP snd vegetable cake could uh imagine. What an embarresmnt. Worst experience will never gonna order anythng

This is the third time in a row I am facing issues with your tatti service!
1) Changed the name on the cake from Aliena to Aliens
2) Sent a wrong message card to my mother in law on her birthday which craeted issues
3) Sent a cake which is not presentable without the card and wrong message! YOU GUYS KNOW HOW TO RUIN SOMEONE'S BIRTHDAY ROYALLY

Had wanted to send flowers to my 80+ aged parents on their anniversary- due to lockdown was unable to physically meet. Had organized to reach the product 2 days before to be on the safer side Ferns n petals missed the delivery, did not even inform status and later on calling said it will take another 3 days beyond their Anniversary date. A biz like this with no regard to timeline plus no proactive communication should close down instead of building their fortunes.

I ordered a birthday cake to be delivered on 26 May to my mother in India. Order number *******.

They told me they attempted to deliver but that my mother refused the delivery and requested another date. My mother received no calls or messages, nor did they attend her home.

I asked them to check the number they were calling and the number they had given the deliver team was wrong! How could they have spoken to her?

I gave them correct numbers again and asked them to redeliver. They said they would. They did nothing. I have so far called them 18 times in 5 days. Spent more than 10 hours on hold, spoken to several of their representatives. Still no response. I asked for a refund. No response.

Officially the worst customer service I have ever experienced bar none. I will never purchase from this company again. I would recommend you find another supplier if you want your items to actually be delivered.

I have ordered 6 days before the function. It was showing confirmed till the day the function is. Then it started showing on hold and when i called customer care i got hell lot of sorry as resolution. If you wana to ruin your party go ahead and order. Before ordering make sure you check there tweeter page.

The gifts were received on time. They were nice. Only comment I have is about quality of cake. By this I don't mean to receive a replacement. Rest of the gifts were nice and as expected.

I had ordered a combo of cake, card and flowers with paying exta for express delivery between 8 am to 12 pm in the morning. First of all didn't receive the cake till 12pm and then tried to complain to customer care, which I had to wait for nearly 10 mins to talk to customer care executive. After that she is telling that cake will be delivered by 3 pm. so the money which I have paid for express delivery is totally wasted. Finally after a long wait my cake is delivered by 2 pm in a completely distorted manner. Whole cake was melted.( I have attached pic). Our day is totally spoilt.If anyone is planning to order from ferns and petals, my advise is don't waste your hard earned money and spoil your day. Ferns and petals are cheating their customers with their brand.

Used 1st time the Services and got confidence to do More orders in Future.

I ordered for a bouquet to be delivered for a colleagues birthday. Order was placed 2 days before. Whole day has gone and the bouquet is still not delivered. If you are ordering please keep in mind it will not be delivered in the morning as you expect them to but delivered just before 9 pm in the night, when the receiver is winding up for the day.

Excellent products. They are just as described. Cakes are very fresh and delicious. The flowers delivered are also very fresh. Keep up the quality of the products. They are also delivered on time as per chosen slot even during lockdown times and covers quite a large part of India.

I strongly recommend this website, I ordered a birthday cake for my mom living in Kottayam Kerala. The cake was yummy.

Although i was very disappointed initially as the product I ordered wasn't delivered nor i could get a refund as the customer service was very poor but after writing my review they contacted me very promptly and have initiated the process for refund.
Hence i wanna take this opportunity to mention though the last experience of ordering through them was not that great but i have ordered through fnp in the past and they had delivered as promised.

The cake I ordered came 2.30 hours late, had melted and was deformed.

Value for money, cakes were fresh and tasty, delivery was was perfect on time. Ordering was a cakewalk, very simple. FNP does help to maintain long distance friendships. Our friends were very happy.
