Do trust the pictures FNP they post on their website. The first time I ordered some plants and rakhi from them and they sent cheap quality products. On top of that, the customer service representative is telling me to take good care of the plant so it will grow healthier and refused to give me a refund back.

If you order here prepare to get worst ever posible product from the vendor. Spoilt our birthday celebration due to them. Then they offer to give 20% off on next order. What a joke. Never ever go with it. Only good thing is they will call immediately and say sorry if you raise ticket.

Customer Service is not reliable, always wanting to closed the ticket without accommodating the real concerns. I have booked order on 9th July and till FNP committed to deliver goods within 4 days but still pending to deliver and there is no response from FNP site. I will not use FNP for my whole life and don't recommend to others to use FNP.
They don't cancel the non-perishible orders even after 100 requests. They just don't do it as a goon. They have very poor/ no customer relation manager. They don't see for a long term association it seems.
