I had bought Online Designer Rakhi order number: *******.

Actual product sent was of lower price & quality.

Absolutely satisfied with the website experience, happy with the customization, hassle free payments, got good 20% discounts with amex card. Delivery was timely and received timely notifications throught out.

I ordered a rakhi and card for my brother in Singapore for which FNP took Rs 1499 as payment. I got a message that delivery was attempted but not successful as recipient was not available! I tried to contact them many times to leave the packet outside the flat door like all other companies do or leave with the doorman but have seen no resolution. They keep closing the ticket that I open. They call the rakhi a perishable item! At this point, I even told them that I am not expecting them to tie the rakhi on my brother,
but merely deliver it in time for Rakhi Day! But FNP has not heard my complaints or tried to resolve them. Its a very shoddy company. I will not ever use it aqain! It was ordered 10 days before Rakhi Day!

I ordered a flower bouquet for my husband on 3rd Aug 2021 to be delivered on 5th Aug. They randomly made changes into the order, wrong order they sent with dull flowers and even the cane basket as shown in website image was missing. I raised the concern and they just give you a ticket ID for a email you send and just close it immediately withount any action. I have plenty of ticket ID's with me.
I called them and they kept me on hold for like 10 min and cut the phone and now my call also not geeting connected.

The plant is good. Just one leaf is damaged as you can see in the picture. Please try sending a fresh one. Rest its fabulous. Thank you!

Delivery on time. Products as ordered as delivered … and quality is ensured …And done in most parts of India even in tier 2 -3 cities and places which is remarkable for a vast country like india where logistics is a great challenge. FBP has great supply chain management and has capability to handle orders and posies for greater offering in other segments …good luck

I ordered 2 rakhi set wit ladoo combo. They delivered me different rakhi with damage product. Pathetic service.

I had very good experience with fnp as they has very good products specially they also give one day delivery that was soo nice. And on time delivery in the given time manner. Wish they also start cod.

One of the easiest methods to order online, the customer service is great and even calls you from their end if you face any problem... The delivery is more often delivered a day before the due date... Am very happy with the website
