I ordered a pictured cake for my sister from Dubai to be delivered in India, unfortunately, morning IST the customer service calls and tell us that picture cake is not available they will send a special cake. I placed an order for rectangular shape cake and in spite of that, they delivered round shape cake, nothing special.

Mene order plcae kiya... unhone confirm kiya order place ho jayga... after 4-5 hr whn I asked k order place kyu nhi huua then they apologized k deliver nhi hoga... agr nhi hona tha... to bta dena chahiye... m khi or s order kr leti... but jb tk muje pta chla... or mene khi or s try kiya... booking krne ka... unhone kaha mam yaha 5:30 bje tk shop bnd ho jati hai... aapko phle order place Krna chahiye tha aapko... ye gift sorry gift b ho skta hai kisi ka... kitne emotions Jude hote hai... inn gifts k sath... bhai k liye pyar... pati k liye. Bache k liye... aapko pta nhi... aapne no... mna krne ki b responsibility b nhi puri ki... aapki vjh s... mera... financially to nhi... but emotionally nuksan huua... feel very sorry but never... order from you site again...

This was not the first time I ordered through Ferns and Petals. Like every other time this time also they excelled in service. Moreover their prices are at par with the market (Amazon, Flipkart etc.). While ordering as it was taking time their customer rep called me to see if everything is fine and helped me with exceptional service yet again.

Quality of the flowers were very poor - flowers were wilted and drooping when delivered and customer service did not bother to address the problem. I sent them a pic of the flowers delivered and they did not bother to address it. Very disappointed with the service - the florists they use as well as the fact that customer service did not care. Pls think before you spend your money through this store.

I'm impressed by such quick and prompt service of Ferns n Petals. I ordered for the same day delivery and it was delivered in just 2.5 hours. The cake was very fresh and delicious too. Keep it up Ferns n Petals! You've always impressed me

You have personalised gifts too. Same day delivery. Its amazing. Not just gifts there are cakes, plants and many more. They follow the festivals or trends. Am sure they won't let you down. Don't fall for their tall claims of midnight delivery. They charge extra for delivery between a specified time and then do not honour their commitment. They give false reasons that no one was available at the place of delivery. I strongly recommend not to rely on this portal. Customer care is particularly unhelpful and rude. All in all very poor customer experience.

Received cake is not as per the expectations and shown on website -
1) Cake top covering layer should be Jelly glossy type. Instead of that
Received a matt local colored cream covering.
2) Chocolate swirl (Curve) as shown in website image is missing.
3) Received a cake with a broken covering layer.
Very poor service. Bad quality cake. Pz plz don't buy
