Terrible service for international gifts. They blame customer for their system glitch, not recommended

I paid for birthday flower delivery, but it was not delivered.
First excuse was that the recipient did not respond on the phone.
The recipient was at the address given all day. This was an office address, the recipient could have been in a meeting all day, not in a position to answer calls.
Next, Fernsnpetals said they would deliver the following day. They did not.
The excuse? The address was incomplete.
I reminded them they delivered to the very same address last year.
I requested a refund, and they refused on the ground that the address was incomplete.

If you want to ruin your surprise or plan for someone yo want to deliver then order from this site. I got vry bad experience. They themselves only change the timing slot and they take extra money while booking saying earlier time slot. And top of that if you call customer support they said their delivery team is not picking their call only. Such a shame... after requesting 5 times also they didnt deliver my order from morning to till evening 6 pm and ruin my surprise. Dont fall for their false commitment

The cake delivered to my cousin was stale, spoiled and was stinking. Couldn't eat a single piece of it. To top it all, when it was reported to FNP, they didn't consider to listen to my feedback and instead advised me that the complaint should have been done within 48hrs from order placed. I stay in another country and there is time difference and moreover any feedback given should be taken as an improvement. Don't spoil your special occasion by ordering from FNP. There are better options and services available in market.

Absolutely delighted by the service and surely a great experience provided by ferns and petal. An absolute value for money where in a customer will be guided and acknowledged till the product is availed! Highly recommended!

I loved my purchase. Thank you. It was delivered on time and receiver was very happy to see lovely rose flower bouquet and cake was very yummy. Overall it's worth a penny. I surely recommend their service and product.

I had ordered for a customized LED cushion as an anniversary gift. I uploaded a picture of proper quality and colours but Ferns n Petals printed it in very poor quality, all red shade which did not look nice and made me feel embarrased to gift that cushion. I raised a query regarding this issue but they closed the ticket saying all bull$#*!. Such a pathetic experience i got, i would never recommend fnp to anyone and also not gonna order from this site ever again.

We love ordering flowers from fnp. I have done it for a number of occasions, sending flwoets to my family in India. Very efficient- great website with great selection, on-time, keeps you informed of the status and great fresh flowers exactly as shown on the website. Very impressed!

My order was first of all late and secondly it was broken when it was received. I want my money back, you guys can keep your order. It was my first wedding anniversary and the product my husband received was broken. This is not professional, I spent 6000 INR and you guys have no shame of delivering things on time and the product we receive was broken. $#*! YOU FERNS AND PETALS

Thanks to FnP, I could send flowers, chocolates and gifts to my girlfriend who stays in another city and my mom who travels sometimes. FNP also have reminders so that people like me don't forget birthdays and anniversary's.
If it wasn't for this site I don't think I would be as happy as I am today. I usually end up in fight when I miss remembering dates.
I know there is competition out there but for the rates, quality and timely delivery, FNP stands out for me. It is a tried and tested platform

I have ordered flowers from. F&P Riyadh on 2 occasions. The first occasion transaction went well. The only thing I was disappointed in was the flowers wilted very fast. I thought I would give them another chance. I ordered a much larger order for Valentine's Day. I was given a text that my order was being shipped. It never got there. They couldn't find the same address they had divered to 2 weeks earlier. But I was not informed of it for 11 hours. Trying to communicate wit F&P is almost impossible. All you seem to be able to get are bots. I finally canceled my order and plan to never use F&P ever again. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a florist.
