Wish i would of seen theses reviews before i ordered 2 braclets :( I ordered on dec 2 and nothing yet, I emailed them and waitied and a few days, later got a reponse saying they were just shipped out on dec11th, still waiting and nothing! And there is no number to contact them which is very odd! I really hope this is not a scam! I will never order from them again! Very poor service! They dont even deserve the 1 star review!

My experience is the same as the rest written here, ordered 6 bracelets and received 2, have tried contacting company with little response, they did resend my order but it is also wrong and have not received it yet so don't know if I will receive it or not after reading other peoples problems. I would definitely not order anything again and I will be disputing charges on my credit card.

I ordered £60 worth of goods on 25th November. Nothing was received. Emailed 8 times and all I got back were computer generated replies. Also received 3 emails asking me to rate their customer service. I then raised a dispute with PayPal. I also went to their facebook page and posted a status which was immediately deleted. I then contacted them through messenger informing them I had raised a dispute with PayPal. Within 10 mins they had refunded my money but also blocked me from their Facebook page! Terrible terrible company. They delete all negative comments so all you see are positive ones which are probably written by themselves

This company is a scam!

This company is a scam! Placed my order on 2 December and not heard a thing from them apart from taking my money! No response to emails and no contact number can be found anywhere. Disgusting, how do they live with themselves taking money from people who work hard for it! I wish I'd found these reviews before ordering. They do not even deserve the one star I had to give!

I placed an order on November 12th. I never received my order, and have sent 17 emails to the company with most never receiving a response. The emails that were responded to by a "Sunila" denied that the company had ever received my email requests for re-shipment or a refund- even though "Sunila" herself had responded to a couple of those emails! Unbelievable! I wish I had looked at the online reviews before purchasing from this company, as I now know I will never be receiving the product I ordered (which I no longer want) and I will definitely not be receiving a refund from them.
Never, NEVER order from this company- they are scam artists extraordinaire!

Order placed! 12/2 received an email stating item had been shipped could track it in 3 days, waited 3 days item still said shipping label created. Contacted them on facebook (as there is no other way) comment deleted! Contacted again comment deleted after being told they had been out of stock and will ship soon (Funny when they already told me item had shipped). Contacted them again told item shipped again comment deleted. Contacted them with the email sent on 12/2 attached asking where my order was. My comments was again ignored and deleted! I have no been blocked from having any contact with this company. They are scammers and have stolen my hard earned money!

CROOKS! Spend your $$$ some place else. This is a shady company. They gave me the run around after threatening to file a dispute with PayPal. They even asked me to withdraw my PayPal dispute and then would immediately allow a partial refund! I received my FULL refund via PayPal and was advised by them to cease all communication with FS.

Too bad I didn't read these reviews before ordering. My order was delivered in a timely manner but I ordered two leather bracelets and like other reviewers found the quality to be very poorly made. The plastic wrap was sealed with a sticker - made in China.
I too can not give these as gifts. Complete waste of money.

I order in oct after contacting paypal to dispute that i received nothing they sent part of my order in nov leaving out a ring worth 39.99 they used the tracking from the cheap crap partial shipment they sent to prove to paypal that i received my order so pay pal dropped my dispute. I complained on the better business bureau they did not respond at all to the bbb. They blocked my messages on facebook to stop all discussion and refuse to refund or send my item. Scammers do not order!

Terrible customer service! I have e-mailed and sent messages regarding an order I paid for and didn't receive. They do NOT respond! I could handle a simple apology and explanation, but to totally avoid and ignore customers is unacceptable!

They tugged on my heart strings, "love you to the Moon and Back" something i have always told my grand daughter, ordered a charm october 2nd, it is now dec 10th and i have still not received it. This company has no phone number, no address, they say it is in the mail, but has yet to arrive, i have contacted and contacted them over and over, i just tried to respond to their pm via fb and they have banned me from their site. Possibly because i started telling people how long i have been waiting. Another part of the warning to others, they have delayed me past the paypal 45 day mark, all complaints must be filed within the 45 days or they will not pursue them. However paypal does like to know... so if you have had your heart strings tugged, make sure you file with paypal before the 45 days is up.

I ordered several items in mid-October and have not received my shipment - December 10th. They do not provide contact (person to person) information on their website, only an e-mail address. I have written several times, no reply. Of course, they processed my payment immediately. Hmmm - Better Business Bureau needs to know this. Hoping other people who are dissatisfied will contact the BBB - not fair to us, the consumers.

Very very disappointed. My watches are very cheap looking. When I emailed them to ask for a refund I got no reply. They were suppose to be Christmas presents but I can't give them to anyone not even a child

I placed an order on 11/26 and was "informed" it would ship in 24 hours. Well, now it is Dec. 7th and still no order. From the other reviews I just read, "if" I do receive it, it will be garbage and poor quality. Buyer Beware! I did send an email asking for an update to my order, but I am not holding my breath.

Did receive my order and the lady is right, I could go to the dollar store and do better. The bracelet I wore today is already broken. I spent a lot of money. I am really upset. Please do not order from this company. Very cheap merchandise. I give them no stars but I guess I have to put something in.

STAY AWAY**** I placed and order with this "company" on 10/21/14. They state orders are shipped within 24 hours. Contacted them and was told response to sale was overwhelming and they were hire new people to catch up with the back log. On 10/30 I rec'd notification after contacting them again that my items were shipped and they gave me a tracking number. I have contacted the shipper and they have no record of this shipment. This smells to me like fraud. I will be contacting PayPal. STAY AWAY...
