Karman, the CSR is totally obtuse and maybe a bit challenged in the "smarts" dept as she keeps telling me to look in my mailbox and to have a good day. I ordered a three ring bangle with a heart. Supposedly reduced by a huge percentage. On receipt about two weeks after online payment, the heart fell off on the first try on, and it was made of the cheapest tin alloy. Got two replies from "Karmen" to my complaint ( where I had included the ref. Number supplied to me) asking me for a tracking number, when I didn't even receive an invoice with the packet. Further emails were just bounced back to me. Scam Scam Scam. Wish Facebook were more diligent about who they allow to advertise on their website! Maybe they should use this review site. Wish I did!
Bought 2 bracelets from Florence Scovel on 18/5/15. Delivery was supposed to be 2-4 days. Today is 30/5/15 and no sign of the bracelets. Entered into dispute via Paypal and they said to resolve with Florence Scovel. They never reply to emails, so what now?
Wish like everyone else has said and checked the reviews... see the ad on FB thought I'd treat myself as they look really nice. Put the braclet on and broke of in an hour while sitting watching tv. Cheap shoddy goods do your homework and check reviews first
DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
Received my Black Forest bracelet yesterday and it's very pretty. Wore it for the first time today and it broke twice. Clasp and chain to hook it to is very cheap. Both times just fell off my wrist. I was hoping it would be put together a little bit better because I was hoping to order a couple more but I won't be.
Go straight to the source and pay less than £1 usually for the items on here!
The jewelry (2 of same item-leather/suede wraps - 3 of them - in one bracelet) finally arrived after several emails to them and then two more asking them to cancel order. Responses I received were obviously automated replies that came from a "Karman" --- I received same response to each email sent to them. There is no way to call the company. Finally they arrived, request to cancel twice ignored, and the first thing I noticed was tiny stickers on plastic overwrap saying "Made in China". Basically, what you are getting is the quality of jewelry you would expect to pay minimal money for - I doubt that this bracelet would make it through a year of wearing off and on. Very disappointed. Most of all, however, very disappointed with the so-call customer service.

Purchased what was classed as crystal pendant plus a cube crystal pendant, both are rubbish!, I tried to cancel my order however they stated it was to late as order was on its way Stay Away Dont Be Tempted By The Low Prices!

So PO'd I ordered The Forest. What a disappointment. It looks like something out of a gumball machine. The clasp is very cheap and broke when I tried to put it on. Also very big in size. It looks nothing like the picture on Facebook. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering this piece of junk.
I ordered two bracelets from them, they misaddressed the package (left off apt number, which madeit undeliverable, which at this point I am certain they did intentionally). I emailed sevaral times requesting they reship with correct address, which they ignored. I opened a dispute with Paypal, which caused them to email me back asking me to pay them to reship! I asked how much the shipping was, then suggested they absorb this as it was undeliverable because of their error. After several MORE unanswered emails, they responded asking me to confirm my address. I thought we might be getting somewhere but no. They emailed THREE SEPARATE TIMES after that, asking me to confirm my mailing address, which of course I had already done three times! At this point I have realized my money is gone and I willnot be receiving my jewelry. My next step is to report them to the Better Business Bureau. These people are a SCAM. Please purchase your jewelry from a reputable, trustworthy company!
It's a week later and I have filed a report with the BBB. They contacted this company, and two days later I received a refund. There are so many complaints against this company that the BBB has put out an alert on them! Go to the Better Business Bureau website and search on Florence Scovel. What a scam!
I first saw FS on my facebook page and looked to see what people had said and also what they had on offer. I decided to buy the cancer bracelet with hope etc on it in pink. It was retailed at over £20, but I paid around £8 or so plus delivery. I had a 10% discount code which came through an email when I joined the site. However when I ordered the bracelet I put the code in and it wasn't taken off at check out. I emailed the company and a reply came back to say it was being looked in to. In the meantime money was taken from my paypal account. A few days later an email came to give me the tracking number which was correct and worked. By the next day the bracelet arrived. Now, if I was paying the retail price of over £20 I would say honestly it would have been a rip off, however I paid around £8, and it's nice, a word of advice though, I have skinny wrists and have the bracelet on the tightest option, it would not fit a child unless they are bigger and have chunkier wrists. I basically got what I paid for and I am pleased to be supporting cancer. Now back to the 10%, off that didn't happen, well after several emails which were curtious and professional they reinstated 49p back into my paypal account. Don't get me wrong, I am not a cheep skate, just proving a point, that they do act in the best interests of the consumer. Anyway I am pleased and would order again. Thank you
I ORDERED 2 NECKLACES AND WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY SO I SENT THEM BACK IN THE NEXT POST, STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND! TRADING STANDARDS AND WATCH DOG REGARDING THIS COMPANY AND THEIR TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN POLICY.
I ordered a bracelet from Florence Scovel, received it, wore it once, the second time I went to put it on, it completely fell apart! Very disappointed in the quality. If this is any indication of the quality of their other products, too bad! I'll never order anything from them again, and I'll tell all my friends as well. Cheap junk!

On the 9th March I bought a bracelet which was a gift. I was Sent the wrong one with wrong wording on it. Since then I have sent loads of emails with them just giving me a number saying they received it. I was so frustrated saying if they don't deal with this I will get legal advice. They wrote back saying they will send me the correct one, that they would get in touch with thier UK branch. But yes I am still waiting I still haven't recieved it I am so angry because I just don't know what else to do.
Answer: I suggest you cancel your order and immediately (like right now) apply for a refund from PayPal or your credit card company. This is another way this scam of a company tries to hang on to your money without sending any of their junk jewelry to you.

The website/Facebook page makes you feel it's a homely company making fairly good quality goods but in fact it's all made in China and you are truly getting what you pay for as nothing I bought was expensive. I doubt I'll use them again but ok for trinkets.

THEY ARE STILL ADVERTISING THIS as a sterling silver bracelet but it is stainless steel, they have blocked any me from any further lines of communication AVOID FLORENCE SCOVEL JEWELRY AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED
