I ordered two watches, then read the reviews and expected poor service. The shipping label was created within a day, mailed out a week later. About 10 days before I received my order. No worries. The watches look as shown, I can see where I might have to reattach some parts eventually. These are $10 watches and I'm very pleased with them
Purchased merchandise on May 22,2015. Shipping label was created on June 2, and package still hasn't arrived. I signed up for text message updates on when the package makes a move while in transit and have received nothing. I thought I purchased in time for Father's Day; obviously not, as it's been almost a month and my items are nowhere to be found. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I wrote to them multiple times to give me updates and an explanation as to why my order hasn't shipped out. I keep getting this automated reply from either Olivia or Karman, "Thank you for your email. Hope you are having a good day so far. Your order is in transit..." This morning, I wrote once more requesting a refund. I'm done. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
I have ordered 4 different items on 4 different occasions and have received them all within a few days. The items have all been as described and I was very pleased with them, although none have been worn yet so can't comment on how durable they are. I was quite shocked to see all the bad reviews.
Success crap sent back to Canada today getting a refund through Pay Pal, if you are reading reviews for this company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! The jewelery is absolute 100% cheap rubbish we have had better quality from xmas crackers!
