Looks like something I could buy off ebay for £3 but I spent £20, will not be shopping with these again. Good website makes everything look expensive but in fact it's cheap and tacky looking. The bracelet wasn't finished off properly and had black spots on the silver part.
Items were thrown in a jiffy bag no nice packaging in a clear bag that says Made in China. Really reassuring that this has been hand designed. NOT

I bought several bracelets from this company. Initially I was very pleased with my purchase. The bracelets were beautiful. In one of the bracelet sets, there was one that was stretched out and much bigger than the rest. They said they would send a replacement bracelet. I had to wait several weeks for them to do so. After several attempts to contact the customer service dept. I finally got satisfaction nearly a month later. All in all the jewelry is very nice. The customer service is a little lacking, but I would still buy from this company again.

Not sure why all the complaints, no body is perfect and you will never please everyone. Ordered 2 bracelets last Wednesday (holiday), and they arrived today, Monday. Product looks as described and the same as picture my wife loves it. Can not comment on quality, only time will tell.

I sent an email to ensure my oder was received, a reaponse was sent back saying it was and they updated my status plus gave me a credit towards my next purchase. I was pleased and told them that I was. They said if I vould take a few I mins to express that they would take 20% off my previous order. NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! My Oder was in my mail today. Hopefully with all the other reviews I have just read they have changed some policies. Was a little disappointed in the quality, and the made in China sticker. The winder pin came off and only winds backward not forward. It is actual leather band and is cute. Just expecting a little better quality.
