Ok so don't let the fake markdowns fool you, these are not high-end products that have been massively discounted. They are fairly cheap pieces of jewelry. That said, I assumed that going in and am fairly pleased with my purchase so far. I have been wearing the leather wrap watch that I got for a few days and it has held up well so far. I didn't want to spend a lot of money because usually I buy a watch and never wear it. I end up giving them away and they are a waste. For the price I am happy with what I got and it is so different from most watches you see in stores that I am wearing it all the time.
The bracelet are beautiful. The picture doesn't do it justice. Not too heavy yet delicate and sturdy enough to wear daily. I got one for each of my three granddaughters, 15,10 & 2. Yes, the 2yr old got one too.:-)

Ordered a few items from the website... they all arrived in a very timely manner... everything looked nice... but when I went to set my watch, the battery was DEAD. Sent an email stating that while I loved everything I received, I was disappointed that I could not wear my new watch that day due to the dead battery. IMMEDIATELY they shipped out a BRAND NEW WATCH... NOT a battery... FREE OF CHARGE! Customer Service at it's finest!
I haven't received my order yet but I have to say that the customer service has been wonderful. Extremely Courteous and prompt regarding an error I made on my order. They went above and beyond to fix my order. Kudos to them!

I purchased one of their Black Forest Leather Vintage Charm bracelet, I paid about £9, reduced from £25... which deceives you into thinking you're getting a great deal! Think again
My first bracelet broke the second time I wore it. It took months to get a refund/replacement. Every time I contacted them, because they hadn't bothered to respond, I'd have to go through everything again & send photos. They also try to delay enough so it was outside their 30 day refund period.
I eventually received a replacement (after I'd opened a case with PayPal!), but after wearing this on holiday half a dozen times this one broke too!
Rubbish products & rubbish company.
A friend sent for a cancer bracelet... the description claimed by buying you ou could show ysupported cancer but not a penny goes to any cancer charity, when the bracelet arrived the word Cancer was spelt wrong... what an insult to a cancer sufferer to receive this! Shocking and shameful reported to TS & Cancer research..

I bought a few items all at once from this company. I paid by PayPal which was taken out of my account ASAP. 10th. I have contacted them numerous amount of times and still not received my items. It is the 20th and they still have not arrived. I wish they would have sent, as 2 of them are for presents the end of this month :(
I rcvd the wrong bracelet, emailed the company abt it to try and get the correct one. Karman took my email and responded very quickly. I was able to get the replacement very quickly and it was received within a couple of days. It was a gift so that made it a better process. Thanks!

I ordered an item from Florence Scovel & paid via Paypal. For some reason PayPal defaulted to an old address. Even though the item was shipped there and showed as delivered, FC did not hesitate to resend my item to the correct address. They shipped it the next day and the overall correspondence and customer service was awesome! Will definitely be shopping from here in the future!
