Ordered a few bracelets and necklaces. When I received them some were damaged, missing stones, broken necklace etc. Contacted customer service and received replacements right away and discount on my next order. Very happy with prompt attention.
I ordered two bracelets from them they took my money and I still haven't received any of the things I have ordered. I have tried to email them on several occasions and all I get back is we are looking into things I emailed them for the fifth time and I still have not received any answers back and still have not received my items that I HAVE paid for... This place is a scam I recommend not ordering anything from here all they do is take your money..

I received 2 bracelets today as gifts for my daughter and grand daughter and am thrilled with them. They seem to be very nice quality and I know the girls will love them. I was concerned when I was having trouble tracking them so I contacted customer service and I heard back from them in within half an hour. They resolved any issues with the tracking and it was done in a very timely manner and very professionally. I will definitely be ordering from Florence Scovel Jewelry again both for myself and for gifts.

I ordered from this company on 16 July. They took my money straight away, No information on order status other than to say "unfulfilled" on my account page. Emailed them on 24 July to ask when I can expect despatch. No reply. Opened dispute with paypal on 27 July, no response from them. Finally receive an email today, 29 July to say items despatched. No signature on email so no-one to reply to.

I ordered two butterfly watches for my two nieces in memory of their mom who recently passed away. When I got my package there was only ONE watch! I had planned to give the watches to the girls at a dinner the following weekend. I was so disappointed. I emailed customer service right away and within two days the response was, "We are sending you the missing watch with expedited service." I was thrilled to have the watch in time! This was great customer service! I will be shopping at Florence Scovel again. Thank you CSRs. UPDATE: STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE SECOND WATCH AND TRACKING NUMBER IS NOT VALID. SO MUCH FOR GREAT SERVICE... CSR LIED!
