Had an issue with a bracelet bit it was resolved promptly and easily. I was also given a coupon for another order
I bought a watch I knew it wouldn't be the highest quality being only $10 but I really liked it. It arrived broken. I emailed the company and they got right back to me asking for a pix to verify and they would send a new one. Sent the pix and a new one is on the way! Not the best quality of products but you get what you pay for in life. I certainly did appreciate the customer service and timely response!
I bought 4 items for my husband, daughter, son and myself. Small gifts that said it all. Really impressed with the speed they were sent out and the quality of the items. I will definitely be back. After all Christmas is just around the corner. Xx

Bought a bracelet for my daughters birthday and another for myself. With my one, the clasp broke the second time I wore it. To be fair, when I complained they sent me a replacement - unfortunately, part of it came away after 6 wears. Useless.
I gave the bracelet to my daughter today for her birthday. As she was putting it on, the clasp broke.
The quality of this jewellery appears to be uniformly poor. I wouldn't recommend.

Bracelet fell apart and finish wore off in less than one week. Was told on 7/31 that a replacement was "expedited" and that I shoul receive it in 2-4 business days. Two WEEKS later was told essentially that they had been busy with many orders. As of 8/17 I'm still waiting. Not good. My first order will most certainly be my last.
Ordered the breast cancer bracelet I recieved item quickly (only good thing) after opening the package it fell to pieces within minutes, cheaply made and looks the same, totally disgusted with this site £8.74 with delivery? I shall be taking it further, angry at the fact it was also for breast cancer which is close to my heart, ripp off merchants
I had my daughter order a wrap watch and 2 pocket watches and a necklace, for presents. I am very satisfied with the purchases. Do wish instructions had come with the watches but finally figured it out... Thank you..
I am still waiting for a refund from this company for returned products I know have been received, from the tracking number. They never reply to emails and if you post anything negative on their Facebook page, they block you and delete your post. This is a dreadful company and I don't know how they are allowed to trade.
Ordered a watch for my niece. It never came. Sent a bogus tracking number. Tracking company knew nothing of my order. Hoping my Credit Card will give me my money back. Rubbish. Not even worth one star.
I purchased 4 bracelets for my granddaughters then another one the following day difference design which I preferred. I contacted the company immediately and asked them if I could change the 4 to be same as the individual one. Was told no as order was being precessed, not sent out at this stage. (They did respond to that email)! The two packages came on the same day, funny that. Anyway. I did see that you could return but bracelets arrived without a return address or receipt. I paid by PayPal so at least I have that receipt. All I wanted was to be able to return the four bracelets said I would pay for postage of replacements... Nothing, being ignored. The leather on the individual one was inferior but by daughter in law works with jewellery so was going to replace that for me. Go on line and go to eBay, someone selling them half the price! I liked the sentiment on the bracelets which was my reason for buying but they were certainly not worth the money I paid for them... This company got over £50 from me but because I did not do the orders together did not get the free postage. My mistake. All I was asking was to replace the bracelets for different ones. Will continue to look on line see where else I can leave a bad review on this company!
I expect to get something if I payed for it but instead when I email them I keep getting they are looking into it. I thought orders where meant to take 24hrs to be delivered I won't be recommending this site to any of my friends
I want to return the bracelet I received as it is more rose gold but looks more yellow gold on the site! I have emailed many times but getting no response from them as I need a return address! Will never use again
It all started with a pop up ad on facebook. OMG! Super cheap and I've been wanting what they are selling! A quick purchase and paypal payment sent. Two weeks and nothing from the company. I filed a complaint with paypal. Suddenly, like magic it was, a USPS notification that my package is on the way! YAY! Sat like that for another two weeks. I upgraded my complaint with paypal. 2 weeks later and nothing from the seller, paypal refunded me everything. This company is a scam. If you already ordered, get your money back ASAP. File a fraud complaint with your credit card or open a claim with paypal.
