I recently discovered Florence Scovel jewelry and contacted them about their Vegan leather - I was delighted by a prompt response and to find that it means it's faux leather. So far the customer service has been brilliant - the only reason I haven't rated them with 5 stars is because I have only just pkaced an order so am waiting to see if the jewelry is as good as it looks!
I received my 'Love you to the Moon' necklace today and am absolutely delighted with it. I wasn't expecting it to arrive so fast either as I only ordered it a few days ago. Thankful someone on the inside reads their emails! I had purchased a gift and paid with PayPal unfortunately, when I received the receipt, I saw that it was set to go to my old address. We've moved and I forgot to update PayPal. I emailed them right away and explained the problem. Today, when I received the shipping notification, I saw that they had corrected it and sent it to the correct address. When I sent a thank you, I also received a nice response! Thank you!
