This site is very misleading. I ordered the hanging cat pendant that was supposed to be 925 Sterling Silver and a turquoise teardrop pendant. The cat and chain were obviously not silver of any kind and looked like cheap plastic. The teardrop was in a package marked dark blue and was not as pretty as what was shown online.
This company doesn't tell you they are in another country either so your credit card company may charge you a foreign transaction fee.
I contacted the company about the incorrect items(no Sterling Silver cats and wrong color pendant) and they wanted them returned but won't pay for the shipping, even though they sent the wrong stuff! They were willing to let me keep the items and give me 50% off my next order... No thanks! I don't want any of their poorly made(in China) items.
This is first time I've ordered. I placed an order and forgot to apply my discount. Sent them an email and immediately got a response and my discount! That's what I call service!
The item arrived quickly. As it was for my grandson, I was a little disappointed that it was in necklace form rather than bracelet form as he is not likely to wear a necklace! However, that said, it was no more or no less than I expected it to be so I can therefore give it 8 out of 10 and your service and communication 10 out of 10!
I ordered a couple of cute pieces of jewelry. I received my first order very quickly, but the second order took a little more time. Their excellent customer service handled it in a very timely manner.

I would like to make a complaint. First of all, the delivery time was outrageous, I had to wait over a month to receive my items. Secondly, the necklaces I bought broke within hours of being opened. When I emailed regarding this no-one got back to me for several weeks, I attempted to contact your company numerous ways until finally someone replied asking me to send a picture, which I did, I was told that they would send replacements out and my items would be here within 5-7 working days. It has now, again, been several weeks and I have not received the replacements, nor contact about my order.
Where are they?
I have contacted the trade union and they are now awaiting an answer as well. If no answer is given, they will take action.
Rubbish jewellery! The watch I ordered fell to pieces before I wore it, and no matter how hard I tried to get a refund, I got nothing! I advise you not to buy from this company.

I ordered 2 identical bracelets that arrived quickly and we're still wrapped in their cheap "made in China" wrapping. They are horrible and nothing like the item shown. They are not a quality product at all, and for the company to say that they have previously sold them for such a high price is, quite simply, impossible. Save your money you can get better quality from the market!
I ordered a necklace on 9/4/15. The advertisement stated it was made with sterling silver, ships within 24 hours and delivers within 2-4 business days. Perfect, right?
On 9/18 I was wondering about my order and made several attempts to inquire. Facebook is a joke. After spending only a few minutes on Facebook I saw that they delete negative posts, and block you if you state any truth about this horrible company. They deleted my inquiry on my order and it wasn't even negative! I also emailed several times with no response. Luckily, I got a BuySafe email with my order, so I filed a claim. Florence Scovel CONVENIENTLY shipped the package THE DAY AFTER I filed the claim and then then they CONVENIENTLY replied to my email the day after the package is delivered. Coincidence? I think not. Not to mention the necklace was not made of sterling silver and it was nothing like the picture shown. I am not even attempting to send it back... not worth the time or energy. Best of luck to this ridiculous company.
I have ordered from this company before and was pleased with the product so I ordered again. Unfortunately, I clicked on the wrong item and ordered 4 of that item. When I notified the company, they happily switched my order to the correct one and were very nice about it as well. Highly recommend.
Purchased the Eternity Ring, within two weeks the stones started falling out of the band. I guess you get what you pay for. $16 But, I loved the ring until then.

Absolutely shocking service. Bought two items, one for my son and one for my daughter. Weeks later and neither have arrived, although money went from my account very quickly! Emails have been ignored as have comments on their fb page. Seems many others are having the same problem and comments get deleted from their page. I'm disgusted by their conduct and amazed they are allowed to get away with taking people's money! Stay well away!
I ordered off them a month ago, firstly I was issued a tracking reference which didn't relate to anything. Emailed them, they apologised and said they'd get in touch with their branch in England and that I would get it within 4-5 business days, still waiting and now nobody now even had the curtesy ad replying. Taken my money and no goods to show for it. Cheers for that.
Answer: I suggest you cancel your order and immediately (like right now) apply for a refund from PayPal or your credit card company. This is another way this scam of a company tries to hang on to your money without sending any of their junk jewelry to you.
Answer: It took almost 2 weeks for me and I received a discount voucher for the long wait. I had hardly any response to 3 chase emails. The website/Facebook page makes you feel it's a homely company making fairly good quality goods but in fact it's all made in China and you are truly getting what you pay for as nothing I bought was expensive. I doubt I'll use them again but ok for trinkets.
