This is a SCAM!

The people behind this company are obviously running a scam. I ordered the Hanging Cat Pendant. When it arrived it was not sterling silver as they had advertise but cheap coloured plastic, made in China. I messaged them regarding a refund several times. No answer. I posted on their FB page and received a reply promising a refund. Then my post mysteriously disappeared from their page. I have not had any response from them since. Several other peoples posts to their FB page containing complaints have 'disappeared' within hours of being posted. They have now blocked me from posting. It's obvious that they do not intend to refund me. I'm afraid that I find it hard to believe that any positive posts on here are genuine. This is a SCAM that they are running. I also believe that they have set up under another company name of Ashley Jewels which I suspect will behave in the same way. No telephone, no response to customer complaints and no refunds.

I followed the link through facebook to find a gift for my friend (the advert suggested that she liked Florence Scovel Jewelry)... well so did I! My first order was for about 10 items, which were quickly given out as more little thank you presents and 'just because' gifts. At around £5 an item they are perfectly priced and very well received. For the ones I kept, I had so many compliments that I had to order most of the items again as further gifts. Lovely bracelets and suitable for all ages - I have given them to aged 7 to 74 and everyone has loved them.

I have two adopted daughters and wanted a good quality bracelet for each of them and for me with a lovely but not sickly message. The quality of this bracelet is very good and the message says 'The love between a mother and daughter is forever'. A perfect way to say what I want to say.

Very poor service

I ordered an item on Oct 6th and saw it was shipped immediately but when I contacted the post office to see why it had still not left Ontario I was told that there was a problem and the shipper needs to contact them so I sent message to the company 3 times with absolutely no response from them, can not find a contact TN or any way to call by telephone so cannot get an answer to what has happened and the item is still sitting at post office. Would not recommend ordering from this company as now I am out the money I paid with no way to get them to take action.

I have read some of these reviews and was very worried as I had ordered £30 worth of jewellery that I had seen on Facebook. However, once I had ordered I received several email updates from the company telling me at what stage my order was. My order was sent Sunday and I received the goods on Wednesday! I was very surprised as I had steeled myself to waiting weeks - or to not receiving them at all following these reviews! The bracelets were 'reduced' to £10 each and if I'm honest, I admit I wouldn't have paid more, but they aren't bad and arrived in a pretty black pouches which I didn't expect. Speaking for myself, I have no complains about this company and the bracelets I ordered are certainly fine for the money paid. Well done Florence Scovel for very prompt service. I can assure you this is a very genuine review. However, would I order again? No I'm afraid not, too many bad reviews so there has to be a reason.

I ordered a necklace 3 weeks ago... they took funds immediately but, have yet to ship the product a week later I emailed since I was never notified of a status and received a automated reply. A few days later the did send me a shipping label showing intent to ship. Guess what they still haven't shipped the necklace! Of course there is no number and of course no one will reply to my email.
Very very dissatisfied

I don't order online often but saw a ring that I really liked that was really inexpensive so I ordered it. My first mistake was not reading reviews about this company. Now it is too late. First of all I never noticed that there was no customer service phone number to call if there was a problem. That was a terrible oversight on my part. So I ordered the ring and it was too small. I sent them an email asking about the return policy and after a few days they sent me the address to send it to but said I would have to pay return postage and it could only be exchanged for merchandise. I had a fit and after several email exchanges the woman told me that she had made an error and that I could just get it credited back to my credit card. I purchased the item for $20 and had to pay postage for $10 to get it back! Now they are in to me for $30 and I got several emails asking me for the tracking number so they would know what they were looking for. Several days later I checked my transactions and there was no credit on my card. Furthermore, they sent me an email that said they were sending me my new order; the same ring in the same size, that I never ordered again! I tried in vain to send emails to correct this error and tell them I had not gotten the promised credit. I got no email responses. I tried to go to their Facebook page and post the issues I was having and I was asked to private message them and they would try to take care of it right away. Again, that was the last I heard from them. I think I am going to end up eating this and I am so angry about it but I did learn a valuable lesson. Online companies must be checked out thoroughly. I would never have ordered anything from this horrible place if I had dug deeper.

Fantastic gift

My daughter cried when I gave her a gift, and was able to hold it in her nursing exam. I hope it brought her luck as the words meant a lot that were inscribed on her bracelet.

Horrible service

I ordered a ring in Aug 2015 it is now Oct... still no ring. Was given all kinds of excuses. Was then told in Sept. It would be 4 or 5 days... well another 4 weeks and still hasnt arrived. I have written 2 emails the second with no response.
I would not waste time or money on this business as far as I am concerned they are thiefs.

I've just received my new silver bracelet & charms.
Great quality. Lovely solid charms, especially the personal photo charm. I will be definitely ordering more to fill my bracelet. I love it.

This company do not deal properly with issues or complaints. I was forced to keep posting on their Facebook page out of desperation (although now I'm blocked) as they sent damaged goods and wouldn't replace them when promised. They ignore emails, text messages, facebook posts and when they do bother to reply they fob you off and don't even bother to look into enquiries properly. One of the worst customer services I've ever dealt with. 8 week nightmare and its still going on

I saw a similar necklace on Overstock.com & loved it. While trying to decide if I wanted to spend $40, I saw the same (I thought) necklace from Frances Scovel for only $12. I was disappointed to say the least but it's my fault. I should have known I wouldn't get the quality I wanted for $12. Lesson learned.

I placed an order and somehow during transit it got misdelivered. I immediately contacted Florence Stoval and I pleasantly surprised to find that they carry insurance on their items for just such a situation. They immediately rushed my items out again and did not charge me any extra S&H. I received my items and was pleased with one but slightly disappointed with the other (a neclace) it was so tiny? It didn't look thàt small in the pictures posted on the website. Overall I had a good experience here and I will do business with Florence Stoval again and would definitely recommend it to others.

Don't do it!

Cheap crap made in China and jacked up 100% on the prices! Sent the wrong size ring &a plastic watch (supposed to be leather), sent it to the returns department in NY, sent then an email with the tracking#... no word for 2wks, sent another email& opened a PayPal dispute. They said I sent the wrong tracking# so sent the exact same one(1 digit was off but nobody notified me). Still never got my refund & opened an appeal with PayPal. Then Florence Scoval said I sent it to the wrong returns address... hey dummys, I have your original email telling me where to send it! PayPal reimbursed my monies but Florence scoval did NOT. THIEVES AND LIARS!
