I just called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I emailed them 3 times and no reply at all. The tracking they sent me only says that they created a label but never shipped and the company refuses to respond and you cant call them only email, so I'm highly disappointed and will dispute the charge. Just awful customer service. Awful.

Funny I just emailed to tell them I am disputing with my CC and received an email! SURPRISE! They are so sorry blah blah blah - dispute with CC already done too late now. Should have responded more timely. UPDATED 11/24/15 2:22pm Eastern

Complete scam artists! I ordered 3 items from them, never received them and when I tried to contact them to see where my order was I was sent 2 form emails with a coupon but no info on when they were to be shipped. Thank God for PayPal! I opened a dispute and had my money refunded. Do yourself a favor and do not order anything from them, it's a total scam. When you try to post complaints on their Facebook page they delete them and from what i see they write phony reviews for themselves. Stay away from them, they are not a legitimate business.

At the top it shows I gave a good review. The only reason I did that is so they would give me a refund, which they finally did. It doesn't show my bad review, which I gave after my refund. The only quality items they sell are their stainless steel men's bracelets. Everything else is very poor quality. They don't use real leather or real silver on anything. The items don't look like they do in the pictures at all! Customer service is poor to say the least. This place is a scam! There are companies that are good, THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM!

I don't know if they are a scam or just have horrible business practices but this company should not be trusted! I cannot comment on the merchandise I ordered because over a month later I have yet to get anything! I filed a dispute through the buyer guarantee and FSJ responded quickly stating they would send me updated tracking info. But going on 10 days later (in addition to the time I already lost from original order) I have not received anything. If you go on their Facebook page you will find MANY ppl with the same complaints.(Unless they erase the comments.) No good. Buyer beware, actually just stay away!

From the very first order I was hooked. Your products are of great quality and your prices are awesome. You have quite the variety of products and the ones I have bought so far, I absolutely love. I have given them for gifts and have received heartfelt thank yous from everyone that received one and, also, was told how beautiful they were from others who were there when I gave the gift. In future, I will be ordering any jewellery I need, want, or want to give as gifts from your site. I have told family and friends about your site and some of them have placed orders already. I also love the fact that I can use paypal since I do not have a credit card due to the fact that both my husband and I are on disability. That makes the prices so good for us because we can give a beautiful gift, at a great price. I am so glad that I stumbled upon your site.
