I was a bit concerned after placing an order before I had read these reviews. However, although I didn't realise at the time that the company was not in the UK, my order was delivered ok albeit a month after ordering and it was over the Xmas period. Some people have said quality isn't good but then the quality of the goods I ordered is to be expected for £4.99. I'm happy with the delivery time coming from the States and quality is ok.

I wish i did this before i placed an $80.00 order for christmas. I placed my order on 12/19. I received my receipt no indication that anything was on backorder. I paid for expedited delivery. I have been corresponding with the company i was given a tracking number which was false. And today i received an email stating it will be 10-15 days before they can fulfill my order, which according to their fake tracking number is on its way to me. There is no contact information for them. I contacted my bank, placed this purchase into dispute. If your reading this... i suggest you do the same...

An update to my previous review: I finally received my order on January 3rd after placing it on December 4th. The order was incorrect. You can imagine what a hassle that was. I gave up. Surprisingly, almost another full month later I got all the items I ordered this past week. I would not rave about the quality, but I am thankful to never again have to deal with this company. Save your self time and stress by shopping else where.

It is a shame that there are business like this one that all they do is steal from good and honest people. I placed an order on December 6,2014 and I hane not received the items yet. The sad part is that these items were suppose to be Christmas gifts. I have sent numerous emails requesting the status of my order to no avail... just get the system generated reply. They quickly charged my credit card, almost immediately and the items are yet to be shipped. People stay away from this merchant!

Ordered for Christmas gifts on December 6. Charge to my credit card processed immediately. Checked after a week because no shipment. Was told it would be delivered within five to ten days. Delivered on December 27, too late for Christmas, although I'm not sure I would have given as gifts as the watches and necklace looked very cheap. Have requested refund twice. The response from the company was that the merchandise was delivered. Yes, it was. Two days after Christmas. Very disappointed in this company, their merchandise and especially their service. Never again!

Hello,

First I wish I had found this site before I purchased anything from this company. I purchased two bracelets for my daughters for Christmas. They put them on and within hours they had both broken. The metal holding the bracelets together is so weak and brittle. I fixed the bracelets and again they broke. I am so very disappointed in the bracelets. I will not be recommending your products and I will certainly not be ordering from Florence Scovel again. I supposed I got what I paid for. So much for quality.

Oh so pretty goods at prices that are too good to be true. I was all set to order, then noticed there was no address or phone number, just email. Warning bells started ringing so I held off and went hunting for reviews, which is how I found Site Jabber.

This company will NOT be getting any business out of me.

I bought a Mother-Daughter bracelet for Christmas and the chain broke on it the following day. This collection of jewelry this industry sells is a rip off. Do not waste your money. Imagine my embarrassment! A total waste of money. I will NEVER order anything from this establishment again. The inscription read "The love between a Mother and Daughter is Forever. Pitiful!

Same for me. Ordered six bracelets, they said they'd been shipped on Dec. 15 (I paid extra for expedited shipping because I needed them by the 17th), but have received nothing. No response to emails. I wish I'd read this first! Visa credited my account immediately when I disputed the charge.

They don't deserve even 1 star. This a total scam. I ordered Dec14 gifts for my granddaughters. Dec 19 emailed them was told that they would be with me 4/5 days. Emailed me Dec24 to say they are on back order and would be with me in 10 days. As soon as business is open on Monday I will be contacting my credit card and our trading standards here in the UK. Please don't be conned like me I'm out nearly £50. If my money is not back on my credit card by Tuesday 30 Dec I will be looking for recompense and monies for stress involved. AN & Associates" is what appears on your statement. People don't be duped like me and others on here. I will be following every avenue available to get my hard earned monies returned. Please note I DO NOT WANT ANY PRODUCTS FROM YOUR COMPANY JUST MY MONIES BACK TO MY ACCOUNT.

I give one star because I actually received my order in a timely manner. I spent 50.00 on 3 necklaces, and a bracelet. All worth like 100 each... the bracelet 189. Yeah right. The photos are misleading on their site for sure. As for quality... I'm with the women who said she would have bought them at dollar store. Don't waste money. My christmas was screwed I cannot give these as gifts... unless it's a under 5.00 gift exchange or little girls under 5 to play with. If it's too good to be true... IT IS

Wish I would've read the reviews before ordering. My sister found a watch she loved on the website, so I wanted to get it for her for Christmas. Ordered in November... still nothing. The only email I got was them saying they confirmed my order (aka took my money). This is a rip-off. Don't trust them, don't order from them! Best part? You can only contact them through e-mail. No phone number, no address. I should have seen the signs...

I ordered several pieces of jewelry for Christmas gifts on 5 Dec. They promptly took my money, and then crickets! Mother-freaking-silent-arsed-CRICKETS! I want my money back! They have not responded except with canned "oh we are soooo sorry" emails. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and I'm also filing fraud with my bank to receive my refund as it was $80! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THE WORST EVER!

DON'T DO IT! Their shipping time is a joke. I ordered 3 bracelets on Dec. 2, just emailed them today and received an email saying they were "ready to ship." One was backordered, but I received no email telling me that until I inquired. You have to reach them via email because they list no phone number. I'm asking for a full refund on my purchases though PayPal.

RIP OFF. DO NOT ORDER HERE. This place is TERRIBLE, I ordered in mid November, the items looked nice online, after about 2 weeks, it finally arrived( funny since I paid for priority mail) item come in a first class padded envelope. I noticed it was damaged, so began the saga. I emailed at least 5 times before I got a response nearly 2 weeks later, they had me send a picture of the item, then a week later I get an email saying they have refunded it. Well they refunded the item, but I still ended up paying for shipping on a broken item. I really think their products are cheap crap, and they have ZERO customer service. I should not have to pay shipping when my only item arrives damaged. OVER I WOULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE FIVE STAR IF THEY ALLOWED SUCH A THING.

The jewelry is very cheap and I do mean cheap... I received a pair of ear rings with a pendant on a chain that was valued at $89.99... I could have bought the exact same thing for $1.00 at the dollar store... I have other Swartszy Crystal and it shines compared to this stuff... this place is a complete rip-off... I returned 2 pkgs in Nov... provided tracking number as requested and it was received November 25th and they still haven't refunded me over 3 weeks later...
