I ordered a deilvery for my wifes birthday. They happily charged me over 200$ and we never received the flowers! I have sent over 5 emails to their customer services center and 5 weeks later I still havent got the flowers or my money back. Morever their customer services dept dont even bother replying to emails. I tried calling them and no reply. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. THEY ARE NOTHING SHORT OF THIEVES. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DELIVER NOTHING. If there was an option for less than 1 star I would have chosen it.

I ordered deluxe flowers to be delivered. I paid ober $100. While they delivered when promise, the flowers did not look like the picture at all, not even close. Why use stock photos that you know you cannot replicate? Very disappointed and I'm embarrassed the recipient had to receive these ridiculous looking flowers
These people are horrible. My purchase was never delivered. I never received a refund. They never respond to your email. These people will rob you and there is no way of getting your money back

I would put 0 stars if it were possible. I ordered and they never delivered my flowers. Their call center is closed due to Covid, so they ask that you email them. They have not answered any of my 5 emails sent (I sent to 2 of their email adresses) + contacted them on social media.
I spent nearly 100Euros on my order and have not only not received a refund, but also not a single response.
Worst customer service I have ever received (if this company is even legitimate - had I read all the horrible reviews before I would have never ordered form them)

I ordered flowers that were supposed to be delivered on April 17th in Vienna, Austria. They have not been delievered yet. On the 23rd of April (6 days late) they supposedly delivered the flowers and wrote that noone was there (which is a lie), so the person I wanted to send them to, should pick them up at a specific address. They did not rang the door, did not call the phone number that I gave.
They stopped replying to my complaint e-mails, in which I request a refund, 7 days after the order was supposed to be delivered. I am still waiting for a reply.
DO NOT IN ANY CASE USE THEIR SERVICES! IT IS A SCAM!

Ordered flowers for a birthday gift. 3 weeks later, still no flowers, customer service is shocking to non existent. Stupid $#*! website. I tryed to cancel the order as its useless now but still no response or flowers. This company should be ashamed of themselves and put out of business as they are scamming people. Avoid this company at all costs. I will not let them get away with this fraudulent business. Worst business I have ever come across. For jesus sake, how can you get flowers wrong.
No service whatsoever. No flowers. No reply. The only think they managed was to take my money. A simple 'we are unable to take your order' would have been a good idea. Or just dont take money if you cant do the job.
Even dont expect that you will receive what you have order.
My husband had order bouquet of pictures which was on them page. There was big bouquet of 14 roses and 5 lillies. But Į received 4 roses and 2 lillies. Price of this bouquet was 75 euro.

The flowers were recieved 4 days late and they were a completely different bunch of flowers. I sent an email relaying the issues. I was told that I could get a 10% refund or 30% gift voucher. For the price I paid, I expected 50% refund at minimum. They have yet to reply back to message These people are crooks, expect to receive flowers the wrong flowers. I added a pic of what I paid for and what was received.
I order vase and flowers for a very sick friend costing 68. Yes they arrived vase and flowers smashed. It was so distressing. I have sent 6 photos 5 emails and not even had a reply. I will take this further
Really, really terrible experience. Was offered a price of £59 for a bouquet (on offer, reduced by 30%) but AFTER clicking the checkout my card was actually charged £85. What was delivered was nothing like the picture of what I ordered - it was pathetic and embarrassing and certainly nowhere near worth £59 let alone £85.
I have exchanged 6 messages with customer services at FloraQueen, each time waiting several days for a response. So far they have refused to refund the overcharge and flatly deny that what was delivered was substandard despite providing pictures.
DO NOT use FloraQueen.

BETRAYAL RUDE FAKE - Don't deal with! Don't order large arrangements! I ordered the Deluxe flower arrangement, but they delivered 1/3 of it with half of the flowers missing. Very unprofessional service, not willIng to accept their mistake and make it right. Gladly, I could dispute charges back to my Credit Card.
I wish there was the ability to leave 0 stars. Customer service has been impressively abysmal and my order still hasn't arrived, now 4 weeks late. Please for the love of god order from another website and don't make the mistake I did. No offer of refund, no reply to correspondence, not to mention lied about them being delivered. I've been waiting almost 2 weeks for the flowers to be delivered, been given 3 seperate dates that they've said the flowers would be delivered on and still nothing, absolutely useless company. Avoid unless you want to wait 2/3 weeks after your delivery date
There are many issues which make me very very upset and unsatisfied.
1-The size of the flowers was not what I ordered. I ordered Deluxe and it was a small bunch of flowers.(photo attached).
2- My order didn't deliver on the right day and it was late. It was for a birthday and there is no point having them day after.
3- The flowers which I received was not what I ordered.
4- I got an email which mentioned I will receive complementary box of chocolate which I haven't.
