Ordered flowers for Mother's Day, I live in the UK and asked for a delivery in Italy. 2 out of 2 bouquets that I bought didn't arrive (I. E they lost all of my two orders). Nobody picked up the phone or even responded by email. Worst than that - I left them a review on a website, and instead of trying to contact me to resolve the issue. They reported my review. Please don't buy from them, they will take your money and never respond to you.

My flowers were never delivered and they claim the recipient was not home despite me knowing for a fact that she was. We were never contacted to arrange another delivery, and their website is a massive loophole that ensures you cannot contact them and complain. I am extremely upset about the money that I have wasted. Stay away!

SAbsolutely terrible. Flora Queen has still NOT delivered or answered anything. I paid 79 euros / 86 USD for flowers for My mother for this mothers day in New York. I am in Paris and still even DAYS LATER -NO FLOWERS!

Please BEWARE! THIS COMPANY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY! They have not even answered me! In factm the order status still says "order is being PREPARED" Mothers day is over and I WANT A REFUND! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM FLORA QUEEN!

So I saw some ads online for a certain bouquet I wanted to purchase for mothers day. I purchased my order on MAY 9th order number *******. I understood that my delivery could be one day early or late due to covid 19. Its now May 15th and nothing! Floraqueen I feel robbed and mislead. I paid $112.00 USD on my order and I get nothing from you? If it takes a week plus to receive flowers you should put that on your website. The whole point of the flowers is now ruined and my significant other thinks I forgot about her. Your customer service is pathetic I put a claim for a refund with my order number which again is *******. I want my money back ASAP! Also if you have an issue with delivering flowers in the US why even advertise or cater here. I will never buy flowers from you ever again and I only want my hard earned money back

I ordered flowers on 5/3 to be delivered to my Mum in Australia on 5/8. The flowers were never delivered... I have now sent 3 requests for someone to contact me or give me a refund and have not received a response. They took my $85 and my Mum received nothing and I have had no response or refund. I'm beyond disgusted with this company. Total scammers.

The biggest scammer in the world, would have given it a negative score if I can! Ordered some sympathy flowers for my auntie for the loss of her husband. The bouquet arrived 3 days late and looks nothing like the one on the website.
Should have read the reviews before ordering. Do not trust any positive reviews for this company!

Do not use this company. I ordered flowers for my mom on Mother's Day. 3 days later and they have yet to arrive. I have filled out the customer service form twice and have yet to receive a reply.
THIS COMPANY IS USING COVID19 AS AN EXCUSE FOR TERRIBLE SERVICE.
If you cannot continue to operate at this time, then STOP taking orders.
Complete fraud.

They are scamming you out of your money. I wish I would have read the reviews prior ordering. They don't answer to inquiries, but they are sending you automated emails to rate their service prior to the supposed delivery. As well they are charging you more on your credit card as stated in the invoice. I hope when you read these reviews you didn't order yet and stay away from this company who is operating a long time unpunished

Ordered a bouquet for my mum. The delivery took a little longer than expected due to the current situation which is understandable. She is so happy with them. The bouquet looked great seeing as it travelled in a box for a week or so! Looked exactly the same as the picture on the website. Definitely will be ordering from them again!

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day on the Wednesday prior. I paid an extra charge to have them delivered on Friday (two days before Mother's Day, so our Moms would have the flowers to enjoy all weekend). The flowers did not arrive - it is now after Mother's Day. The status on the website says the flowers are still being prepared and still guarantees their delivery last Friday (impossible - now days late). I have since cancelled my credit card - only to find out that it was a good thing I did! Floraqueen had apparently (according to my bank) submitted the charges as RECURRING! If I hadn't cancelled the card, I would have been charged again and again!
By the way, there is no phone number for this company to inquire. And they do not respond to online inquiries using their website forms.
Oh, and if you don't realize this already, this company is not based in the USA. It is based in Spain.

What an unconscionable scam! Capitalizing off of people during one of the busiest floral times of the year- Mother's Day. My son spent $180 Canadian for flowers that were never delivered. FloraQueen sent an email, indicating they were! UNBELIEVABLE! I have contacted the RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) to apprise them of this scam and as it falls within their Jurisdiction to investigate, hopefully if others see fit to contact their Federal Authorities, this ring can be shut down. Their hollow responses are not seeing money refunded in people's pockets! For those who did have deliveries, were you able to verify it was from a certified, local florist in your area affiliated with FloraQueen?

Ordered Mother's Day flowers to be delivered internationally. They were never delivered but my account was charged. I have been unable to contact customer service to resolve the issue and get a refund. Their website does not offer a phone number to contact nor have they provided me one when requested via email. The online form that is required to be filled can not be submitted because it claims that my order number doesn't exists.

We attempted to order flowers from our regular florist web site but the floraqueen web site opened up without our notice.

We ordered flowers for Mother's Day 4 days in advance and it's anticipation of delays due to covid and of course Mother's Day.

The order was scheduled for Saturday before Mother's Day. And nothing. Just warnings of delay... ya ok but that's why we ordered 3-4 days in advance.

I would not recommend this service and double check to make sure you are on the web page you want to be on.

My wife ordered flowers for my sister newborn and Mother's Day. Flowerea were supposed to be delivered 10 days ago and as of today neither my sister or mum have received the flowers and the cost was 160Euros! We tried calling and email for a refund but we didn't receive a response.

Ordered flowers for my elderly mother stuck in lock down in France, they did not arrive. I emailed x 2 as no telephone number available. Today, more then 2 weeks later, I've revived an email to say my issue has been resolved. But it hasn't as they've still not received the flowers. This company is using covid 19 as an excuse for extremely poor service. Basically they're ripping people off. Avoid at all cost!
