Ordered flowers to be delivered for a wedding in Germany. Got a confirmation email with a confirmation number immediately upon ordering. No flowers delivered to date. Only way to complain is via an online form and now their system tells my confirmation number does not exist. Of course, my visa was charged. I'll be taking to my bank about a credit claim!

I'd like to share with experience with this company. I placed an order at June 19, paid for special delivery, cause I need to do delivery on my mom birthday at June 22. They didn't delivered nothing at June 22, and after conversation they delivered flowers at June 24. Half of flowers were dead and another half wasn't fresh at all. I don't recommend this company, they have poor service.
I purchased 100 bouquet for mothers day, and made a mistake in the address so I contacted them about it while the bouquet was on its way. It never arrived. After 3 emails, 3 weeks later they tell me it was my fault and they won't do anything about it.
I understand it was my mistake, but they could have contacted the delivery company in time if they were mindful of their customers.
I bought an A Banquet at Home: Brilliant Bubbles for my boyfriend. My purchase, in addition to arriving several days at the time, arrived totally damaged!
The wine bottle was broken and all the liquid damaged the chocolates and even the packaging.

The minimum I hope is that FloraQueen fulfills what is proposed - deliver quality products and appreciate the satisfaction of its customers.

I ordered the ice cream bouquet, it arrived later than expected and it was more greenery than flowers i immediately contacted them and have waited several weeks while they contacted the florist, I have not been given the florists name, I was ashamed to see what they sent my elderly Mother, i felt like if anyone sees that i could not have paid more than a few dollars. Disgusted I will never use these shysters again. I have finally been credited half my money which in my book is still not good enough, but from reading other reviews i guess i should count my blessings
Ordered a large bunch with all the trimmings for a Birthday, 4 days before so lots of time to just let us know they could not make it... didnt arrive on the day so I contacted them and Flora queen said " we cannot make this order apologies we will issue a refund" absolute bull$#*!. Flora Queen delivered flowers in a shattered vase. Flowers died 24 hours later. Impossible to get a hold of someone for a refund. I have sent 5 emails so far and all I get is an automatic reply. Do not purchase from this florist service.
The company's agent failed to deliver on time, but l received a full refund within days. I was disappointed, but the company were prepared to accept responsibility for the error.

I ordered flowers for delivery for the 16th of June. I also paid a $10 premium to have it delivered in the a.m. Customer service did not respond to me and did not deliver the flowers on time. This is a very bad site do not use it
The flowers didn't get delivered. The company keeps delaying. The phone number and address on website is fake. This company doesn't seem to be legit.
I understand some flowers may not be available and substitutions may need to be made, but the arrangement had been changed almost in its entirety. My mom's favorite color is purple. The first image is the one I chose. The second image is what was delivered. There was unequivocally no similarities between the flowers i ordered and the ones that were delivered. In addition, it does not look like it was professionally arranged either. It looks like they just went in a circle sticking in stems, lots of leaves and filler flowers like baby's breath, etc., and then stuck 3 white flowers dead center shooting out the top. There was no continuity or fluidity in its appearance. Lastly, ON THE DAY they were delivered one of the feature flowers in WHITE was browning as were two of the roses, which were DEEP PINK not lavender as shown in the photo I selected. Overall VERY disappointing for $70!
I have ordered some flowers on may 18, to be deliver on May 30.
3 weeks after the purchase, the delivery has not been sent yet...
I have asked them many times and no return from them and no refund yet...

Warning to others. I ordered an international delivery. It never arrived. No feedback. No communication. When I contacted them they said there was a problem but have not done anything or communicated anything more. They have my money. I have nothing

They debited my account immediately, tricked me at checkout into ordering extra items I hadn't added to my basket, claimed the flowers had been delivered to a sick colleague in France when they hadn't and refuse to answer any of my emails asking for someone to look into it and refund my £70. Floraqueen, if you're reading the order number is *******.
This is the second time I've used FloraQueen to deliver a gift for a special occasion and the second time they have failed me. SHAME ON ME for allowing my goodwill to be abused a second time. The FloraQueen website boasts punctual delivery, though they are now using the Covid-19 pandemic as a cover for either - now listen to this - delivery the day before (I wish!) or the day after the requested delivery date.
It is now 3 days after the requested delivery gift. I've tried to reach their customer service, without success.
I SHALL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN. BEWARE PLEASE. THEY ARE A VERY POORLY RATED SERVICE. TO BE AVOIDED LIKE THE PLAGUE - OR THE VIRUS!

I have ordered flowers in spain for my mother"s birthday. I am currently living in Australia. To my surprise the flowers did not show up at all, not on my mothers birthday, not on following days. Wrote couple emails and no f answer.
There is no phone number that this guys can be contacted.
Have asked for a refund and no respond.
So frustrating... don"t know how this business is still alive with this type of service.

Answer: Its a SCAM! DO NOT ORDER! I ordered mothers day flowers that still to this day were not delivered. They have not even answered me. Please do not waste your money. They took my money and that was it! It is a SCAM.

Answer: The snail mail address for these clowns in a hotel in Spain. So sorry you got taken as we all did. I actually got about 50% of what I paid for sent to Brazil. The company was a nightmare to deal with. When you finally reach them at [email protected] be prepared for enough of a run around you can cancel your gym membership!
