After missing delivery by 10 days, not communicating on time upon request to avoid the mistake, they now come with all sorts of stupid excuses why we can't cancel, can't get refund and still don't have flowers. Only action they come with is - go get them yourself... really? Fly from California to find some flowershop to give to my 80 year old Mother? Check the picture of the order status with today date: Its STILL in preparation?

DONT USE FLORAQUEEN, THEY CHEAT AND LIE!

Terrible company who care nothing for their customers. Ordered a bunch of deluxe flowers, a vase and a bottle of champagne for my mothers birthday in Portugal. No delivery on the requested day, poor communication offering no help from useless advisors who simply don't care.

The product arrived a day late, the flowers were actually OK but certainly not deluxe size. They offered not even an apology but certainly no compensation

Hopefully all the poor online reviews will catch up with this bunch of clueless clowns and they will be out of business. I wish i had read all the reviews before i ordered. It would have saved my mother the disappointment

This company is the worst ever. I ordered flowers, chocolate, and a teddybear for my sister in Germany from Canada. When I ordered I thought I ordered from a flower store close to where she lives. I even chatted with them on line. The flowers never got delivered! They switched the sender name with the receiver name. When I pointed it out, they dismissed me and refused to give me my money back (around $100 Can). When I checked the flower store via my sister, they went out of business. Total scam business! Don't order from there. Thinking of creating a blog for all customers who got scammed by them, I believe they are in the hundreds!

I placed an order on July 17th and paid over $100 to have it delivered the next day. It is now July 23rd and the flowers still show as "being prepared" on their website. I have contacted them to cancel the order.

Floraqueen is a total fraud! This is the second time I ordered some flowers and the 2nd time they lied about the order being delivered when actually the order never reach the recipient. I hope no one ever order from this company again.

FloraQueen does not believe in customer support or relations. We have been trying to reach them through their email/website but their response is always late and pathetic as if they have a problem in understanding the text in the email. They have Delivered 2 out of 3 already Cancelled orders despite leaving several email reminders and canceling orders on their website. I think it's a clear case of fraud where they replied to our emails after they had made the delivery. It doesn't change anything. We want our refund for the orders ******* and *******. I have made the email with full details of the incident in chronological order thrice at info and zendesk emails.

Paid extra for a morning delivery... not only did flowers not arrive in the morning but they didn't even arrive on the same day. Really really regret using this company. My advice... Stay Away From FLORAQUEEN

No Flowers Sent

Such a disappointment, wanted to send some lovely flowers to friend's big birthday but a week later there were still no flowers sent - what a disgusting company! Trying to cancel my order which isn't easy either to get my money back. Fuming as my surprise ruined due to this scam company. AVOID!

I should have read the reviews before I ordered from them. After several emails back and forth I have been informed that these 2 pictures are the same and I got what I ordered. Case closed.
I guess I should be thankful that she actually received any flowers at all.

As my elderly mother lives in Spain, I thought I would try a Spanish company for a change to deliver flowers for her birthday; I normally use Interflora. I thought local would mean less issues with delivery, but I was SO WRONG. My mother lives alone and was really looking forward to receiving flowers, she stayed in all day... and the next... and the next... and then I got a an email after I complained saying, "sorry, owing to a "partner problem" they were unable to deliver; and to make up for it, we'll give you a 20% discount on next purchase". Please, don't make my mistake! And they are no cheaper than other firms. Don't be fooled by their lovely website, they just don't understand how important it is to deliver on birthdays, and how much upset this has caused.

Absolutely disgusting ****AVOID THIS COMPANY******IT's a SCAM!
IF THERE WAS AN OPTION TO GIVE ZERO I would have scored them that!
Customer service over the phone is a scam, no one ever answer and they do not come back to you via email either! We placed the order on a Friday to have flowers delivered on Sunday and no where on their website it says that it was not guaranteed (you can pick the day) so you assume they can deliver the flowers! Today is Tuesday so 2 days after the delivery date and no answers and no flowers! Also they replied and offered to refund only 7 for delivery charges and if you cancel the order you also loose 10 as they refund you the money minus 10! Can you believe! The phone number you find is also a scam as no one ever answer and they say they are opened 9am to 6pm but no one answers withing those hours! Please do yourself a favor and do not use this company! They are a total scam!

El día 3 de Julio encargue un ramo de flores para el cumpleaños de mi madre. Pague un sobrecargo para que las flores fueran entregadas al dia siguiente por la mañana. El dia 4 de Julio (que era el dia que las flores tenian que llegar) me mandaron un correo electronico en el que se disculpaban por el retraso y me decian que me devolverian los gastos de envio (9 euros.) immediatamente respondi al correo diciendoles que queria anular el pedido ya que mi madre se iba de vacaciones ese mismo dia. Hoy es 6 de Julio y nadie se ha puesto en contacto conmigo. Yo les he mandado otros 2 correos pero no me han contestado. He recibido un mensaje automatico en el que me dicen que las flores han sido enviadas hoy, y que me avisaran cuando tengan la fecha de entrega.
Resumiendo, he tirado 66 euros a la basura y mi madre se ha quedado sin flores. Muchas gracias FloraQueen.

DON'T THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY! Late delivery, no $20 card, less than half the flowers that were represented in the order, outrageous up charges for what was supposed to be a half dozen pink, a half dozen red roses, a dozen lilies and turned out to be 4 pink & 3 red roses $100, the missing card $10, a plain vase $20, candy $30, a six inch teddy bear $20, delivery $7. Actual total for the order sent to Brazil $180.50 USD. I never even complained about the missing card, I simply asked that they send the missing flowers to the same address. After being jerked around and finding it nearly impossible to reach them or have them acknowledge they received photos I had to send no less than 6 times. They credited my PayPal account $18 WTF?

Shocking service and communication and customer service even worse! Stick with Interflora! I have paid for a delivery which should have arrived 22nd June, nothing! The tracking doesn't work. Then it sends you updates that it's being prepared well after your delivery date. Mine never arrived they never got in touch with so after 10days I contacted them via their website (no phone numbers). They told me there is a problem with the address. I am trying to get a refund and they said not if problem with address' I went back again and got a curt response to say get in touch with MRW address?

I ordered 25 Rose's to be at my girls place by today and they arent there! Super pissed off and I'm getting no responses from them at all. How can you have tracking but then say you sint have tracking? That makes no sense. I feel like I just funded a terrorist or some $#*!!

Day late in delivery. Broken container. Totally wrong flowers. Several attempts to reach with no response to get corrected. No customer service, but in a hurry to take your money. Buyer beware. I fear I will not get this resolved.
