I ordered flowers and my order was acknowledged. When the flowers did not arrive by late afternoon of the delivery day, I contacted the company via email (they don't show a phone number). The status of the order on their website had the dates all confused, and I got no answe to any of the emails, other than the automatic response. I finally got the delivery by 7.30pm. The local flower shop said the instructions they got from Flora Queen were not specific and precise.
There are many companies that that deliver flowers. In these difficult times they will be happy to have your business and service you to your satisfaction. I ordered flowers for my Mom's BD. They were not delivered and I was never contacted to report a problem. And it was not until I opened a dispute in PayPal that my email to their customer service was responded to. They did issue a full refund but my mom did not receive the flowers :(
I order flowers with different companies and never had anything like this happen before. If they can't deliver, they contact you, this company did not do me this courtesy.
Booked flowers on 17th of August for delivery for a birthday on 21st of August. On 22nd no flowers yet. Disgusting. My last experience with them: stay away from them.

Disappointed. I have ordered a bouquet for anniversary celebration 2 days before delivery date of 15. 8. 2020. The bouquet has not arrived and tracing did not work, support did not function. Therefore I have cancelled the order, three times, again with no response and have learned that the bouquet arrived on the 18.8. When all was over. I found this disrespectful or more and would not use them again.

I ordered a teddy and flowers from the UK to my girlfriend in Barcelona,
Half the order didn't arrive (big teddy), which was really upsetting as a first time experience,

I was told they would not refund the order as the 3 singular roses arrived but this wasn't the reason I placed the order the teddy was!
NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY I HAVE LOST MONEY, TIME & RUINED AN EXPERIENCE.

Awful service. My mum wanted to send me flowers from Spain to Australia. They were never sent. They said they tried to deliver them, and no one was home, so they left them on the doorstep. I was home all day, and nothing was left at the house. They have been unhelpful, keep making up one story after another, have not offered a refund.

I ordered the flowers on Thursday August 6th for delivery the next day in Italy. On the Friday 7th in the late afternoon the flowers are picked up by their delivery company, Poste Italiane, 140 km from the delivery location. Poste Italiane doesn't even do delivery over the weekend, so not only had they any possibilty to deliver on Friday as promised. The flowers then spent 3 days in Poste Italiane's warehouse. They refuse to refund, although they knew by the time of my purchase that they would never be able to deliver in time, as their closest florist was 140 km away. They did not deliver fresh flowers as I had bought, the flowers looked like they had spent 3 days in a box. I have now filed a complaint with EU's Online Dispute Resolution:

I received an email through Zendesk telling me that the order was delayed. Subsequently, I received an email saying they were working on it being on time. The tracking service shows no update. The phone number to contact has an automated voice in Spanish with absolutely no way to talk to anyone. This company is absolutely the worst I have ever seen in my life.
Ordered these for a friends birthday. Now 3 days past and have not seen them. No response from customer service.

I placed an order on the 30th July for my BEST FRIENDS BIRTHDAY which was today 6th August... 11pm and no delivery.
Floraqueen are very quick to close the sale and process the payment, but try and then get in contact with them!. Impossible, no reply to the customer service mail address, no customer service number, no online chat... literally a black hole!
STAY AWAY.
This was undoubtedly the worst purchase experience I have ever had. The flowers ordered were completely different from the flowers sent. All were of definitely worse quality. On top of that, I paid extra for a specific delivery date, and the flowers were delivered on a later date. It took me over a month and an unbelievable amount of emails to various employees to receive about half of a refund. They haven't answered my last 3 emails about receiving the rest. FloraQueen sent me their return policy as if I wouldn't read it, but under their own policy I was entitled to a full refund. Never again. STAY AWAY.
Approximately one month after they sent the wrong live flower internationally and never refunded me, a mysterious charge appeared on my credit card from teleflora for what appears to be another purchase. I didnt receive any confirmation. Just wham, we are trying to screw you again! Who does this? A bunch of lowlife scumbags with no phone number to call, not to mention the way that I was treated via their email responses on the prior mistake. Why doesn't someone crack down on these bottom dwellers? I dont even have a reference number, just a debit on my statement of 76.98 WTF! Someone elaborate here! I recommend FTD or any delivery service over these a-holes!

Today on August 1st 2020 my mother in Germany should receive flowers totaling $ 62.80 and in a Packet a birthday card($ 9.90!)! It's her birthday! In the * follow your order * the flowers are delivered! But no, they are not! It was a note in the mailbox, my mother can pick up the packet with the flowers on Monday August 3rd in the post office! Monday, today is Saturday! Why weren't the flowers left in front of the door? Today is my mother's birthday, she has no flowers! You didn't complete my order! And i don't want to pay for dead flowers on Monday! You have a $#*! service! Never again! I have cancelled the order! I hope at least I'll get my money back! But my mother had no flowers for the first time on her birthday! I'm really sad and angry at the same time
The site is very easy to navigate and is very comfortable to order using the site but it is the second time already that the flowers were delivered the day after and this time they also did not add the card i bought in addition.
If you ever want to surprise your beloved ones on exact date seek for other provider. My aunt never got her birthday present although I had ordered the same 7 days in advance and had left the contact number. The ignorant customer complain department from this company is giving a poor explanation and no one is taking a blame or willing to take responsibility for service lapse. Save your money and nerves for the serious company which is well organized and have properly trained staff and don't get fooled by their marketing propaganda.
The flowers looked nothing like the image I purchased, just a cheap unmatched bunch. Terrible product
The flowers were received exactly on time, however they were completely different than the one I have ordered from the website, from its shapes to its colors, everything was completely wrong.
The teddy bear and card was also different from the picture we selected from the website. Even the arrangement was unprofessional
