I placed an order (*******) on 9/10 to send flowers to my sister in Florida. £72 was taken from my account. Flowers have not been delivered. All emails from 22/10 have been ignored. I requested a refund but this has not been paid. I am disgusted. DO NOT USE.
Order flowers and gift not delivered on time. Sent an email got response with generic apology. On the end it stayed if it won't be delivered in next 5 working day's we will refund your money. No information where is my order. I do not recommend this company

This was supposed to be a simple delivery of flowers for my girlfriends birthday. I ordered a day in advance, thinking that a company that does same day deliveries would manage to deliver with one day in advance. Not so. The order was more than a week late! And the company refused to take responsibility because they had told me by mail that the order might arrive by Friday. Although they told me this on Wednesday exactly a week after the order was already supposed to arrive. Disgraceful.
Not just that, I had also ordered chocolates but they sent the wrong, cheaper, version instead of what I had ordered, although at least here they took responsibility and gave me 5 euros back. Yay.
What's even worse however is that the flowers were nothing like what I ordered. I ordered a bouquet of roses and lilies and some other flowers specifically because there was barely any green colour visible in the image and paid extra to make it deluxe size.
What arrived can only be described as a bush with 5 roses added in. The whole thing was green, save for the 5 roses mentioned, no sign of the white flowers that were in the image, no lilies either. The representative I spoke to, however, insisted that this is the correct bouquet and refused to compensate me for this disaster of an order.
The customer service is also terrible, you're lucky if they reply twice in a week, and even luckier if they actually read what you wrote.
Do yourself a favour and order from somewhere else.

Let me tell you my story with flora queen, i ordered a plant to be delivered to Rome italy, i mentioned in my order to call for the address, the order was placed 6 days before the delivery date. At the same day of delivery i received an email saying that a problem occurred with the delivery. Flora queen florists had enough time before the day of delivery to inform that it is not gonna work without a detailed address. And now it is been two days and still I don't know where is my order, and it is still not delivered, and i have sent hundreds of messages to Flora queen without getting any answer, if we are communicating threw pigeons i would get an answer faster.
And at the end i still do not know the status of my order

I would preferred to just say that I could have come all the way to Italy from India and deliver the flowers myself to my grandma.
Her birthday was on 19th oct and you guys deliver the flowers post 23rd Oct.
And the cherry on the cake was that there is no way to contact you guys and get to know where the hell was my stuff.
So there is an large area of improvement for you here to invest some money in costumer service.
And yes in India 60euros is someone's monthly salary. So next time please don't just send formatted msgs in reply to your consumers..
Cant understand people giving bad name to this company but they have giving me 5 start service flowers arrived in time and was given more flowers than I ordered and they gave my wife not just best flowers they also top it up with excellent and expensive chocolates not the cheap ones I ordered well done to flora queen I will be there customer always cheers!
My sister birthday was coming up, she was in Germany and I in the US. I ordered her some flowers six days before her birthday. They don't deliver on Sunday, so I request on Saturday, just anytime. The flowers never came Saturday and Sunday nor Monday. Finally they catch-up and told me that they had try to delivered on Monday but no one was home and they left a notice for my sister to pick it up in the post office. There was no notice, the flowers never came. They never delivered they just took the money I think it's a fraud, Don't use their service they cannot deliver they just take your money.
I tried again Floraqueen service since last time The experience was pretty bad but the costumer care was proactive and very helpful.
Well, this time I had again a pretty bad experience with their services. First of all the flowers were delivered 2 days late, which is not acceptable, they should state in the website that delivery time is just an estimate.
Second, the box arrived completely wet and destroyed, and half of the flowers were ruined.
Btw, the flowers were a gift for the same person as last time... so double shame for me!
Arrived snapped and half dead with a blank birthday card and a scrap of paper with my birthday wishes in the bottom of the box. Stay well clear of this company. I would say they have absolutely no care whatsoever and apparently that half dead bouquet was nearly £40
For anyone thinking of using this company - please think twice. In our particular situation, we paid extra for quick weekend delivery, our flowers have not arrived at their destination even now, late on Tuesday afternoon. The brief response I have managed to get from 'Customer services' tells me that they will refund my delivery fee only and even that will take 7 days? The flowers did not arrive for the special occasion as ordered and they have still not arrived - I would appreciate a full refund.
Lied about guarantee for next day service, lied about type of flowers being delivered, lied about paying extra for extra large bouquet and lied about paying extra for delivering early morning. Ignored all my emails. Terrible terrible terrible.

Flowers arrived 2 days late, the bouquet was not what I had ordered, but an ugly / cheap version of it. Super expensive for the quality and service.
What's worse their customer service is completely unhelpful and their website is useless (order number wasn't recognised the whole time, leading me to believe that the order didn't go through).

This company was reported to econsumer.gov by me and will also inquire what needs to get done to have this company banned from doing business in the US. I wish I would have checked out their reviews before placing an order last week. The flowers I ordered never got delivered and customer service should not even call them customer service, they do not respond to inquiries and ignore your inquiries! I am sure out of the $90, but rest assured... I will never use this company again and will make sure that family and friends will stay away from this company as well. I am beyond pissed about the lack of professionalism and non existence of their "Customer service". Just GARBAGE!
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! IM SO DISAPPOINTED! Do yourself a favor and do not give them your money. Ive used FloraQueen in the past and had flawless service but recently there was a death in the family and I made the mistake of trusting ForaQueen to delivery some sympathy flowers. I paid extra for morning delivery on October 1st, 2020 so they would arrive a day after the funeral and they never arrived. I emailed customer service to find out what happened and they never responded. I emailed again the day after and I got a response on October 3rd saying that my order was delivered. The order was never delivered. After a series of VERY frustrating exchanges where customer service kept telling me "they'd look into it and get back to me" I started asking for a refund. I got a response yesterday on October 15th saying that my order was delivered on October 5th. Again, this is not true. If my order was delivered like they promised, I wouldn't be taking time out of my busy schedule to email customer service or leave bad reviews! I'm so disappointed at this company! If they would have told the truth and refunded my order, I would have considered using their service in the future, but now, I am telling everyone I know to stay away from FloraQueen. Their flowers are not cheap and if they refuse to refund me, then I wasted my money on nothing because the bouquet never arrived!

I ordered "Deluxe" Lavish Love 24 Red roses for my fiance as a surprise.
I paid extra for "Vase Perfection" but you delivered an ordinary one. (Vase Perfection has a tapered middle, this one is straight)
I paid extra for "Caring Teddy" but got delivered "Tender Teddy"
I paid extra for "Lindt Mini Pralines" but got delivered "Walkers"
I paid extra for "Love Card" but not delivered.
I paid extra for "deluxe" flowers and the image has little white filler flowers as well but the actual product looks bare bones.
Basically the entire order was messed up!
My bill was racked up to 252$ because of the extras but the actual delivered items are not even worth 150$
Absolute worst online service I have ever had to deal with!

The delivery was on time and to the correct address. The bouquet received was nothing like what I had ordered. I spent $135 and received a small arrangement of ordinary flowers. I tried contacting customer service 3 times with no response. The flowers were for a family funeral and what they received was embarrassing. Never again.
Answer: Its a SCAM! DO NOT ORDER! I ordered mothers day flowers that still to this day were not delivered. They have not even answered me. Please do not waste your money. They took my money and that was it! It is a SCAM.

Answer: The snail mail address for these clowns in a hotel in Spain. So sorry you got taken as we all did. I actually got about 50% of what I paid for sent to Brazil. The company was a nightmare to deal with. When you finally reach them at [email protected] be prepared for enough of a run around you can cancel your gym membership!
