I emailed them three times in regards to my order and they never responded to any of my emails!
They never called the recipient to make sure they were home or got the flowers. They never delivered the flowers even though they said they did. TOTAL RIP OFF! Don't use them!
It is such a shame that the providers of a world wide flower delivery site have yet to understand or indeed organize the calendars of those who deliver flowers from what I presume is a global network of independent florists. I ordered a premium bouquet of Pink Roses and Gerberas in the UK for delivery from a local florist in New Zealand five days in advance of the required delivery date. The flowers finally arrived over 5 days late, ie more that 120hours after the specified day in the wrong colour and style - no apology, no refund of delivery fee as specified if they fail to deliver on the specified day and no response to the 2nd contact message or for that matter the 3 or 4th. The website still shows the bouquet as "being prepared"... hmmm, so sad that as an organisation they are clearly unprepared or capable of delivering on their site written promises.
1 star is one too many as an analysis of their service. 0 stars, ticks or anything else for customer service would be more accurate. Whilst the pandemic make have impacted services in many countries that is not the case in New Zealand. Take a look at the requested pink bouquet ordered on the right below and the multi-colour lily heavy posy delivered on the left below - you will understand my disappointment.

I would give this company a negative review if I could - no customer service whatsoever. Flowers were delivered to the wrong address and courier refused to re-deliver on the same day so my daughter had to wait until Monday for her flowers. It was her birthday and it was so disappointing to not have them delivered on her special day. I e-mailed them six times and did not receive one response. They were by no means cheap and to have stale flowers delivered with not so much as even an apology from the company for their total lack of respect. What a scam. Shame on you FloraQueen, shame on you. I will never use your services again or recommend your company to anyone.
First of all the flowers weren't delivered on the requested important date. Second there's no way to make enquiries or way to contact customer service. They just haven't arrived yet. Don't bother with this company. They shouldn't even be allowed to sell flowers or have an international company. Disgusting!

- I paid with Paypal, and didn't receive confirmation of the order from them.
- After writing to their "support" they sent me an "order confirmation" and prompted me to pay AGAIN!
- Then I asked them politely what the hell?!
- They ignored me up until I wrote them through PayPal asking for the return of money because the flowers weren't delivered.
- A day after they sent me an email that they are preparing the bouquet (the bouquet was already late one day, so my sister didn't receive the flowers for her birthday)
- Two days later I contacted them to ask once again what the hell's happening - no response.
- My sister received flowers in the end, they were lovely... BUT I ordered a bouquet with roses, and there was not even one rose in the one she got. PLUS the birthday card was for kids, with an elephant, very cute, but NOT the one I chose.
I ordered flowers online from FloraQueen for a bereaved family in USA but they failed to deliver. They emailed me to say the delivery address I gave was unrecognizable but in fact it was correct. I tried to contact their customer services by every means only to be told that my order number was incorrect but again that's nonsense. Fortunately I got Paypal claiming EUR106 back for us. I would strongly recommend Paypal as a means of payment online as they don't show credit or debit card details to retailers and above all potential tricksters.

The flower bouquet look totally different from the one that was ordered.
When it arrived at my sister home (as a birthday present) the flower were all broken, not to mention the condition of the box were they were stored. Extremely embarrassing!

I ordered through this company flowers for my mother s birthday and specifically said for what day I wanted to receive them considering that was a b day present.
At the end the flowers never arrived and also I never received any e mail or anything to inform me about delivery delay or any problem, so I didn't even have time to organise something else

Ordered flowers but they were never delivered. They used the excuse that it was incorrect address, but I sent email and talked to customer service(rare chance that online chat) about the correct address. Still weren't delivered.

Received email from them to confirm my order for €75.90 was to be delivered on. November 4 2020.
NO flowers delivered and no refund to date (14/11/2020). No contact number to discuss and email receipts asking for a refund have been ignored. Only had emails from them to say my order has been updated! TERRIBLE customer service and they are no less than thieves! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!
Do NOT use this Company under any circumstances. Was totally embarrassed by the cheap looking arrangement sent, did not match the photo. The message I typed for the card was not the same either. Still awaiting a response to my complaint. Order# ******* Wish I had read these reviews before ordering! One star is too much! See pictures, ordered the Autumnal Splendour: Lilies and Roses but the arrangement with the red roses was sent!

Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday. They never came, no note was left, no phone call, or any form of communication. I sent three emails to the company and got no response. They simply stole my money.
Order ******* not received. (24.10.2020) Money was not returned, the order was not delivered.

According to my order for service and goods you had to deliver on October 24 and from 14:00 to 20:00 for which I also paid. The courier arrived early and the recipient was not on site. After the recipient dialed the courier, he said he had the day off. The courier said he would deliver on Monday from 9:00 to 12:00, but he never arrived and did not call. You cheated and did not provide the goods and service. We wrote a statement to the police about the scam and went to the bank for a refund.

I ordered flowers, teddy bear and giftcard on this site weeks ago. They stayed in contact with me to track delivery all the time, then the package got stuck at post and they said me they couldn't do anything because the name wasn't written, even tho they had phone number and exact address, they didnt even try anything, I even told them to just keep it there and my person will pick it up, but they were just happy to take money for nothing, and never responded, and didn't want to refund.
Extremely poor service, paid for weekend delivery but didn't arrive. Sent inquiry to customer service and no response. Worst part is the flowers was not sent, feels like a scam site.
Can't complain, ordered 29.10 at 5pm from the UK, got delivered 10am 30.10 in France. Gorgeous flowers (just a little small to my taste, paid for smallest size around £40 birthday pink bouquet)
