What I thought was going to be a beautiful Christmas arrangement ended up looking like a cheap grocery store poinsettia! Extremely disappointed in what my Mom received! Looked NOTHING like the picture in their site! I requested some compensation on my $80 purchase and was told no as the product was delivered and met their minimum standards! Won't use ever again!

They are scammers and shouldn't even be in business. Also, make a claim to your local Better Business Bureau! And contest the banking transaction directly to your bank. SCAMMERS!
Very dissapointed, flower arrived in a broker squashed box, over turner so all the water had come out. Most of the heads of the flowers were broken, and spoilt from being in the water. Generally an ugly bouquet, poorly wrapped, not even a bow around them. I trulli feel sorry for my mother who spent alot off money to send them.
The flowers that we received as a gift did not arrive in very good condition. We put the flowers with the liquid flower food in water immediately, yet sadly the flowers did not last. I tried to contact Flora Queen through phone and email to inform them of this, but no answer.
This company offers the worse customer service I have ever experienced. The flowers were sent to the wrong address despite their confirmation of the correct one. Consequently flowers arrived in a completely different location in France. They said it was my error and refused to accept liability, offer a refund and now ignore all emails. They claim to be "experts in international flower delivery" which they are clearly not. They still have £68 of my money and do not respond to any communication. This must be fraud and theft?! Use this company at your peril.
If there was a minus star I would use it. Order arrived 3 days after the funeral. Bad value for money. I have sent 5 follow up emails and am being ignored. The UK phone number on website does not work. Do not use them.

When I challenged why our order was not delivered the response I received from Denise A at FloraQueen was, "We are very sorry to let you know that our courier company tried to deliver the flowers but the recipient was absent. Please note that we do not issue refunds if the order does not arrive on time due to circumstances outside our control (if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, for example)."
FloraQueen picks a delivery time of their choosing and if the recipient is not there, FloraQueen does not try to deliver the order later -- they simply keep your money!
I ordered to Floraqueen a bouquet of flowers 15 days in advance from the date of delivery. The flowers were not delivered on the agreed date. I didnt received any notification on the delay. Looked online and they said that the flowers that were prepared 3 days ago would be delivered the day after I sent my complain! I wrote to cancel my order as paying a very expensive bouquet to receive flowers stocked in a shipping van for 5 days felt like I was being robbed!
Additionally I felt very sad as my friend was recovering from a serious illness and these flowers were supposed to give her strength as I cant see her.
They refused to cancel and refund me several times. Then they sent an email saying that I had modified my order, which was a complete lie, and asked me to wait more. The flowers never arrived to destination and I am still waiting for a refund! These people are stealing the money of their customers!
Ordered from Britain to Italy on Monday, 30/11/20 to be delivered on Friday, 4/12/20 in time for my Aunty's 85th Birthday. According to my account, flowers were prepared on 2 and 3/12/20 and then went in transit. It has just now been delivered, Friday, 11/12/20! 8 days later from my requested delivery date! I am really worried that the flowers are most likely dead or in poor condition; further, looking at a previous reviewer's photo his delivery looked pretty cheap and not the one he originally ordered (which was the same as mine). I sent an email on 5/12/20 to FloraQueen enquiring as to its whereabouts and again on 9/12/20 and both emails remain unanswered. I don't see any telephone number. I am worried about the condition of the flowers and whether it was what I had actually ordered. Over £58 spent. Will update this review when I learn more about the flowers.
They never delivered my order, they contact after 10 days and informed me that the address was wrong and but now they can't do nothing! Of course they refused a refund! Really unprofessional!
Here is the story: we live in Canada and we wanted to surprise our Mom, who lives in Italy with a beautiful birthday flowers and chocolates.
Below you can see what we have ordered. The disclosure said that callas might be replaced with lilies. Ok.

The bouquet looked terrible and cheap! Not even close to what we ordered, no deluxe size (which was also chosen)! The delivery was late (we paid extra for the specific hours for delivery)! She hasn't received the box of candies we paid for (Lindt chocolates)!
Won't use these guys anymore and will take extra mile to inform as many people as I can about this reaping off company.
It is even impossible to reach them at customer service. I ordered on the Spanish website. Flowers were not delivered, I could not reach anyone by email (the default method), I finally found a telephone number, but there is only a voice mail.
They mixed up the delivery address so flowers could not be delivered. They had included part of my address with the recipient's. They even returned the flowers, you can imagine the state they were in. The flowers were of poor quality and full of greenery. Did not look like what I had ordered and poor value.
However they refunded me fully.
I had the displeasure of ordering with them 3 times out of necessity, since it was hard to find international flower delivery sites. I ordered a red vase, a clear one was sent. I ordered a brown bear, a white one was sent. I ordered a bottle of champagne, red wine was delivered. I paid for morning delivery, it was delivered at 7:30pm, I ordered a box of chocolates, that were never delivered at all. I filled out a complain form, that were never answered. Oh and they sent you discounts and promotions that never take once you go to complete your purchase. My guess is they contract the cheapest and worst florist in respective countries to make more profit at their customers' expense. Find another company for international flower delivery.
They messed up my order and ruined the birthday surprise for my friend. On top of that, they keep spamming me with email marketing campaigns even though I hit unsubscribed like 5 times! First time and last time I ordered from them.
Delivery 2 days later and price sky high. Not delivered what I ordered. Even the card was not added. They charged us$ 72,80 instead of Australian $ 72,80 and this for the 1 rose they delivered. Company doesn't respond to messages. Very very bad experience. I will never use Floraqueen again.

The company was a nightmare to deal with. When you finally reach them at [email protected] be prepared for enough of a run around you can cancel your gym membership!
