The company Send from another country the order. Also they changed the delivery day in the order without letting me know. Order sent on 10, should arrive on 12. I ordered with extra payment to be arrived on Valendines and at the end it Arrived next day. The flowers went destroyed, I payed for extra Vase which also was broken. Total Cost 74,90 Euro. They are not answering for reimbursement instead they are proposing a voucher for this amount which is not accepted. I already started to communicate with local authorities and authorities in Spain to see my customer rights and I will continue my complains.
Horrendous experience. Ordered a premium orchid in wooden pot, bottle of white wine, a card (saying you are the best), a box of lindtor chocolate, two teddy bears.
Instead they delivered a cheap orchid from a supermarket probably, a bottle of wine and a birthday card with candles.
It was nobody's birthday, i wanted to send a pack to my family abroad who I haven't seen for 15 months.
The whole surprise is completely ruined by this horrendous service. Customer service told me it's all delivered as ordered... I paid for this €100.
The whole delivery is not worth €20 as they probably bought an orchid and wine in tescos.
So I guess next step is the consumer protection bodies.

My flowers were meant to be delivered on Saturday 20th February 2021, to a friend in Spain, who's husband had just passed. Today, it's the 24th February and the flowers still haven't been delivered. Whenever you cant reach a company to ask for a refund or find out what's happened to the order, it screams SCAM to me. Now I'm reading all the other reviewers who have had the same experience. This company should not be operating!
Order no. ******* hasn't been ever delivered, despite the fact that 'status' on the page claims otherwise. They responded to my email claiming that 'they are still about to deliver my order'. They stop answering any of messages, complete lack of respect, didn't send my money back. I'm directing this case to consumer court.
We wanted to send flowers to my mother inlaw in Alicante Spain. Thinking everthing was set my mother inlaw received a call saying they could not deliver the flowers because they could not find the address. She confirmed the address which was correct. The problem was that they were trying to deliver them in Barcelona Spain only 320 miles aways. They assured her they would be delivered the next day which they were but in very bad condition. The flowers were dying already, we tried to contact customer service but they did not respond. I will never order from them again and I don't recommend anyone wasting their money on them.
My boyfriend paid extra to have flowers delivered on valentines, they came early, we currently haven't seen one another for 5 months flora queen said the would give him a discount on next purchase
The flowers started to die within 4/5 days

I would rate it a 0 if I had the option. Valentines Day is February the 14th, note it down for the next time.
FloraQueen decided to deliver one day before that, with no explanation given, while also NOT providing a €16 vase paid for. Additionally, after a very disappointing outcome and two support claims created, they will not refund the overcharge, of course until they get the claim from the consumer's association. Buy local, skip this service, it cannot be relied on.
No order no reimbursement! THEY messed up the delivery address on their side - proof is my order and invoice but they said it was wrong so not their problem - I am out of a lot of money and I am disappointed as the person who should have received the gift really needed something positive right! Won't ever recommend or use them again - disgusting and customer "care" is rude! I have attached my order with the delivery address and their internal delivery note where the address is messed up! They called and I gave the address again iver the phone
I ordered flowers on the 25th January for my uncle in Spain to be delivered to the crematorium. On the 29th i received a message saying an error had occurred and thats the last I have heard from them. I have emailed them about 15 times since and I had $11. Deposited into my account a few weeks ago but my order had cost me $118. If it wasn't bad enough they hadn't delivered for the funeral, its pretty not to even reply or refund my money either. Worst company to order from, order from someone else.
My mother never received anything in France! It was her 90 th birthday! I called her on the 16 it was 9 pm in France she still had received nothing
Avoid FloraQueen at any time! You will get only dissappointments.
The problems with Floraqueen are:
- The website make many promises, but Floraqueen do not act efficiently and professionally,
- No commitment to customer delivery,
- Answer to customer request with 3 days delay,
- No contact by phone is possible,
- Sending reminder for prompt delivery do not trigger any action in Floraqueen
- No sincere apologies send to customer from Floraqueen,
- Etc…etc…etc…
Furthermore, if I have a look to my delivery history with Floraqueen, the failure rates of in-time delivery is more than 50%, and is getting worst and worst in term of increasing delay and bad response….
And FloraQueen proposal to compensate those errors…. Is a 20% discount on my next order!
I have sent this message to Floraqueen about five times and they simply refuse to acknowledge receipt or respond. When you fill out the online form and hit SEND, it responds with website does not exist. They are SCAMMERS. I wish I could give them zero stars.
My Order, *******, was delivered to the incorrect address. The confirmation receipt (attached photo) that was emailed to me has the correct address and telephone to an address in Kimberley, South Africa. The product was delivered to someone in Cape Town South Africa. I have no idea why the information was changed, but at this moment, I would prefer to have a full refund of my money.

I bought a bouquet to be delivered on 10/02. It has never arrived. I have written several times (more than 5 already) asking for details. Nobody tells me where the order stands; if it will be delivered once, or they will pay me back the money.
No answer at all. This is a shame.
I have never had such an horrible experience regarding online shopping! I ordered for my mother's birthday a bouquet + vase+ chocolates + a card with message... on the site it said delivered but my mom never received nothing! I contacted them with almost 20 mail and initially they said they were trying to contact the florist, later they sent me an automatic message saying they were late with deliveries... I placed the order on the 12/February to be delivered on the 15. What is really painful for me and my siblings is that our mother (someone that works 12 hours in the hospital) didn't receive nothing for her day! Please don't use this company! They will disappoint you and they don't really give a F...! Oh and I spent 112€!
1 star is really too nice for this horrible company! -10 is more appropriate! I am sure all the positive comments on their website are FAKE!
Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day but we never delivered
Tried to contact several times in the past four days but never received anything but my email back saying that my order shipment was updated. Checking their website my Status was never updated. The person that was to receive them never received them. Ask for a refund I've never heard from them again. I would not do business with them ever again

December 27,2020. They have never been delivered and my numerous emails have been ignored. Yet I received the following email informing me my purchase hed been delivered.

The flowers were NOT DELIVERED. They definitely were not delivered. I have sent numerous emails asking that they be delivered and have only had one reply telling me the problem was being looked into.
I have even asked for a photograph of the flowers were left unattended, but still, I have had no answer.
Obviously, my friend did not have a Xmas gift from me because the flowers were the gift.
In my latest email, I asked for a refund, still no answer.
Please have the decency to either deliver the goods I purchased or refund my money.

Answer: Its a SCAM! DO NOT ORDER! I ordered mothers day flowers that still to this day were not delivered. They have not even answered me. Please do not waste your money. They took my money and that was it! It is a SCAM.
Answer: Have cancelled the order because of unacceptable delay three times, but this was ignored!
Answer: The snail mail address for these clowns in a hotel in Spain. So sorry you got taken as we all did. I actually got about 50% of what I paid for sent to Brazil. The company was a nightmare to deal with. When you finally reach them at [email protected] be prepared for enough of a run around you can cancel your gym membership!
