I prefer to give ZERO stars but I can't. Anyway, I paid over $117 for a bouquet and a bottle of wine that was never delivered and wasn't given a refund, voucher or told they can try and deliver them again. Product was supposed to be delivered 2/14 and never was. The following day I was sent an invoice with an incorrect delivery address. When I was asked support if perhaps my merch had been shipped to an incorrect address I was told they were DELIVERED to the CORRECT address. They were not. I waited a few days and asked what was going on and was told they would look into it. I messaged support 3 days later and was told an attempt was made to deliver to the correct address but nobody answered the phone. Phone? I didn't supply a phone #. There is a doorman at the building who takes the packages. He would have assisted. That being said, I was told that nothing more could be done and thanking me for understanding. Understanding? Understanding what? I was given the run around and now I'm out $117. No flowers, no refund, no voucher no NOTHING. Anyway, that was my experience.
Thee bouquet was delivered a day too late and nor resembling the bouguet on the site at all ( and I am not talking about the few flowers that we're in the bud) i am embarressed

I ordered flowers for my fiance for her birthday and they never arrived. The address was wrong on the shipment and the carrier refused to fix it without Floraqueen's instruction. Floraqueen refused to communicate anything to the carrier and also refused to refund my purchase. I cannot warn you enough to avoid using their "services."

I ordered flowers for my wife in Thailand on 02/02/2022. I was promised to be delivered on Valentine's Day. She got them on 02/18 and not what I ordered. How can you run a business like this? Do not use this company, take your money and not care. You ruined this special for me and my wife. Shame on all of you! The worst ever!

I bought a bouquet for valentines day but they were bot even bothered to delivery it instead just excused like delivery address not correct etc. and at the end they do not want to refund you for never received bouquet. Do not even think to buy anything from this scammers.

BEWARE! Scam company. I ordered flowers to be delivered to Indonesia. There is no way to get in touch with them after you place an order. Their site would not recognize my email, although they were sending me emails. Their listed phone number was not in service.
They sent me an email that the order was being shipped. Within a day, the intended recipient contacted me and said a compay had contacted her and said that a flower delivery was ready for her but she had to pay because I had not. Floraqueen had already gotten my $106.54
I am going through my bank and PayPal to try and get my money back from these scammers.
Lesson learned- Always research a company you have never used before. I should have known better.

I wanted a gift for my friend on Valentine's Day our first…looked around for international florist and went with floraqueen. Spent 140 Australian dollars…morning of Valentine's Day got a message said it would be delivered. Never arrived no email…I sent three four emails before end of business with no response. Still no response. No phone number to call…my friend and I are very disappointed…I will never use again and advise against using. Even if delivered today will not be the same as she was waiting all day on Valentine's Day. Very upset customer

I ordered an expensive bouquet for my friend's birthday and they sent her a much cheaper one (the flowers were completely different), when I had contacted them they said I should have read their policy and then just ignored me. It's true that they could change them but they are supposed to have the same price, furthermore, they didn't even notify me that they are gonna change the flowers.

Firstly they delayed the delivery without offering the option to cancel the order where it was crucial for the flowers to arrive on the day they meant to arrive. I had to order flowers elsewhere so incurred double cost because they refused to refund the money even though their flowers were delayed even further to 4 days after the birthday, and at the end did not even arrive at all. Still, no refund, and customer service ignored several emails and finally responded that it did arrive, and that's it. When I requested proof of where it was delivered they sent me some screenshot from their internal system showing status DELIVEREd but no address no details, no courier showing where to whom it was delivered. It is a rip off!

I've used the service to send flowers to relatives in Poland a few times now. The first two times the flowers in the bouquet did not match what was originally pictured but the quality and quantity of the flowers was comparable so I wasn't too concerned. However, the most recent order, for which I paid extra to get the premium size, was a disappointment. They increased the overall size by adding a lot of green foliage. I've included photos so that you can judge for yourself the website photo versus the upgraded "premium" version that was received. Will seek to take my business elsewhere in the future.

Misleading product information - Be aware! Plant arrived dead and not as described
Flora Queen are misleading consumers into thinking they are ordering a product and sending out something completely different and inadequate! A corporate gift was ordered believing the item advertised would be the item the recipient was going to receive. I was totally mislead by Flora Queen. The floral display arrived dead and looked nothing like it was advertised to be. Very disappointing! I would not trust to use this company again.

Super late delivery attempt Friday evening after 20:30 even though order was placed early the day before. Nothing can be done until Monday. No number to call. You cannot get your money back, even if they do not deliver or take a week to deliver. Based in other reviews, this seems like a sham. Please go elsewhere!

I rarely write bad reviews…however this time, I had to: this is simply a fraud…Might aswell ask my 5yo niece, next time, to gather some flowers from outside and put them tgt. We ordered them as a gift, for our colleague, but then had to add more flowers for another 25€ to make it look somewhat ok…not gonna lie-we really feel ashamed to show up with this „gift" now. I'll attach some pics of what we ordered versus what we got for 65€ Seriously, you'll find better bouquets at the gas station

Answer: The snail mail address for these clowns in a hotel in Spain. So sorry you got taken as we all did. I actually got about 50% of what I paid for sent to Brazil. The company was a nightmare to deal with. When you finally reach them at [email protected] be prepared for enough of a run around you can cancel your gym membership!
