Lies, Lies, and more Lies!

Do not use this company! I made the mistake of sending flowers to our daughter for her 18th Birthday,
EPIC FAIL! They said they would reimburse delivery charges, never happened. Find literally anyone else to deliver for you, these people will not get it done, and will make excuses for their poor performance! Find a kid on a bicycle, ask him to pick wildflowers and deliver them anywhere in Europe, he will do a better job and most likely will be on time! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE! I COULD NOT ADD A PHOTO, THEY NEVER DELIVERED!
I gave a 1-star rating, only because it won't let you leave zero stars.

TERRIBLE: Late Delivery & Embarrassing Bouquet

I ordered the largest of 3 sized bouquets (Deluxe) from FloraQueen. They were delivered a day late, missing the milestone Birthday, and the bouquet itself was incredibly disappointing for the largest size at €85 (+delivery). FloraQueen believe this bouquet meets their standards, if I had of ordered the smallest size (classic) we would have received just 2 flowers. Only when I pushed for a refund I received a 20% discount off a future order. Do not order from FloraQueen if you want to miss your special occasion completely and be embarrassed about what your loved one will receive.

Terrible experience

I just asked full refund for an order i made early last week that was meant to be delievered on saturday. Very unhappy. Flowers were never delivered and despite several attemps to contact them for answers, no one has even replied. Terrible service and experience overall, and completely ruined a birthday surprise. Will definitely not use them ever.

This was the WORST service ive ever used.
The flowers were ordered on Dec 30th, delivery was scheduled for the 31st. They were not delivered until the 5th of January. Flat dead within 48 hours of delivery. Pitiful service. I do not recommend. Money grabbing for pitiful service and quality.

And the custoner service people cant even write a proper email. You do NOT get what you pay for.

I ordered flowers for Dec 27th, 2 days later I get confirmation that the flowers have been delivered (Dec 29th), I ask my friend if she has received them and learn she has not. I then try to contact FloraQueen, which is only possible via social media / email. I learn that there was a mistake with the address, but instead of calling the mobile number of my friend which was supplied, the flowers are simply not delivered and I am not offered my money back. I chose FloraQueen instead of Interflora because they said they could deliver for Dec 27th - so the whole experience is one big let down!

I have been scammed by the company 70USD.

I ordered a gift (flowers and bottle of wine) for delivery on new years to Germany. Despite my order confirmation, they sent me an email two hours before the delivery date and said they couldn't deliver until January 4th! I was offered a refund on shipping but asked to cancel my order. I've emailed 4 times now and they are not responding!

Wish I could give negative stars!
My friend's birthday flowers were delivered THREE DAYS LATE and COMPLETELY DEAD.
The first two photos show the dead wilted flowers drooping over the side of the vase, rotted leaves and the soggy lily pods that had turned to mush - flowers retrieved from a rubbish bin would have looked better. The third photo shows what they promised to send, to allow comparison.
So embarrassing to have my name attached to a bouquet of dead smelly flowers.

A very bad experience with Floraqueen!

Hi! As you can see from the pictures the shame that I had to bear. Never trust them again. I read all the reviews bad and good and even though looked more bad than good I put my trust in them. Proved was for nothing. I didn't want to end the year in this note but FloraQueen " helped" me a LOT!
They should ACT more than only marketing themselves in a so good company: "Each bouquet is unique and is prepared by an expert florist and our customer service team is at your service to ensure the best experience possible","Some flowers arrive a little closed to ensure extra freshness and protection during shipping. Enjoy the magic of seeing them fully bloom" "We also know, that with every delivery we make, a great deal of trust has been placed in us to help you express your emotions in the form of beautiful fresh flowers"," Our mission is to help people share smiles, so any day can become a special occasion or to make a celebratory date extra wonderful... just lieeeeeeeesss!

Poor contact

Arranged delivery from UK to The Algarve. Had a message to say they could not find the address and did we have another contact address. They gave me a tracking number and an order number. There was an incorrect telephone for the courier and no e-mail for them either, Floraqueen just kept sending the same automated message. The flowers were eventually received as the driver eventually rang the recipient as they already had their telephone number and he was in the completely wrong area, and had not gone to the address I had given them. Will not use them again.

Scam Company

My daughter will be overseas for Christmas and we won't get to see her. I sent her a poinsettia arrangement from us for the holidays. What was advertised was in the photo on the left. What we got was in the photo on the right. What false advertising! Needless to say, I was highly embarrassed by the flowers she received. I wrote a negative review on Trust Pilot, through an email Flora Queen sent me asking for a review. Almost immediately they contacted me asking me to contact them. I did so, twice. Absolutely no response whatsoever. Their website advertises that our satisfaction is their priority. WRONG. They could care less. Avoid this company!

UPDATE: My daughter just told me the plants were moldy and only lasted a few days. I finally got hold of them through Facebook Messenger. I asked for my money back. They ignored that and said they would "go back" to her address today. Since the country just went on lockdown and all non-essential businesses are closed, we'll see how that works out.

SECOND UPDATE: After 7-10 emails back and forth with Flora Queen, they will not refund my money or otherwise compensate me. They promised to return on December 20th (I presume with a new arrangement) and they never showed up. One of my final responses from them said that the arrangement they delivered was close enough to the picture they had online that they didn't see anything wrong with what my daughter received (and I quote): "We're very sorry that your bouquet was not as expected. We have taken a look at the photos you sent us, and we can confirm that the bouquet is faithful to the composition and arrangement of the original design."

What? They are faithful to the online photo? What a pitiful company. You are just wasting your money if you buy from them. As I originally said, "Buyer Beware!"

THIRD UPDATE: On another website, FloraQueen posted a generic note asking me to provide them with an order number so they can compensate me. Obviously, they didn't even read my review, above, which specifically says I have been in contact with them 7-10 times. I also have provided them with the order #******* more than once. After requesting privately through their customer service channels for my money back, I am now publicly requesting that they return my money. Today would be nice. But I am not holding my breath.

FINAL UPDATE. FloraQueen has finally refunded my money. The final email I received (from the third person I dealt with) said, "We have checked the photos you sent us, and we agree that the item does not meet the level of quality we promise our customers."

Thank you. It just took awhile, but at last someone cared.

I don't think I need to say anymore about this company horrible customer service. They love to argue with customers and try to prove me wrong. I have all call history and everything to prove that me as a customer is right! This service is garbage. Not reliable. Not on time. It's not even same day delivery if needed. They just don't realize how important or special it is for flowers and gift be delivered on time and in a professional matter. Delivery drivers must follow all guidelines and protocols to ensure the receiver has received the purchase and make sure it's to the right person. It's more about the surprise moment at receiving a gift being delivered to you then just "oh I had to go outside, look around and found the flowers at the side of my building hours after and without any phone calls." I will never use this service again. What a disgrace advertising that it's quick services and ensure this and that to make customers happy and providing that "special moment." The delivery person ruin the special moment!

My flowers were not delivered. On line booking created an auto fill which wouldn't let me add that it was a college address but I did hope that the address alone flowers would get there, no it didn't. There was no space for special instructions so I emailed them explaining it's a college school address please deliver in school times they said they couldn't guarantee time, There was no way to message courier and pretty sure they didn't use local florists as it showed 6/12 hours out for delivery only for it not to be delivered, I have not received my money back as they say its my fault and now they are ignoring me. I won't use them again 60 euros lost.

FloraQueen provides a very bad service. I ordered a Christmas plant that was delivered to a pick-up station (a bookstore) rather than to the addressee, was found with a broken vase and much different from what shown on the website. Absolutely dishonest and unprofessional.

My bank notified me that two orders of $198.46 was charged to my card twice. A third attempt resulted in denial. Now I have no bank card, until I go to my bank for new number. Calling this company, they quickly replied it was not from their company. Hanging up, their number changed on the phone ID. Using this phone, the will not let me enter the site, stating transactions from my phone were somehow problematic. Further discussion via phone was useless. I don't know who made these charges, where flowers were sent, because they keep denying being Flora Queen, and locked me out of their web site. They will tell me nothing!

This company is a fraud. They charged me for an order I made, and the flowers never made it to destination. Also, think twice before ordering with them because it s impossible to reach them by phone and they take forever to reply by email. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

They only want your money

This company is ONLY INTERESTED in making money and does not care about customers.
I have used them 5 times and 2/5 flowers were delivered with delay. The most recent episode the flowers were supposed to be delivered on the 6th of November and today (9th) still not delivered yet.
The only reply (2 days later) from customer serice is the usual "copy and paste" email that says "we are sorry... bla bla bla here is the voucher for the cost of the delivery" as if a sh*** voucher for a few euros would make up for missing a birthday date and look like you forgot.
Clearly they have delivery issues but they think that choosing the most economic expedition service and making more money is more important than having happy customers... and the most irritating part is the claim on their website that they are proud of their on time delivery and all those evidently fake 5 star reviews.

TERRIBLE SERVICE - FLOWERS ARRIVED DAMAGE AND LATE!.

On the 28th of October, I ordered a bouquet of flowers for an important family celebration, to be delivered on the 31st of October, Order number *******.
On that date I received various emails to say that the order would be delivered but then to my surprise, I received various emails saying that it would be delivered on the 1st of November, and another to say that it had in fact been delivered in the afternoon of the 31st.

Notwithstanding these various conflicting pieces of information, the order of flowers for the 31st has NEVER been delivered and has been delivered on the 3rd November damaged and horrible quality flowers.
They say they DO NOT refund once the flowers have been delivered but they DO NOT realize the bad quality service they are providing and how bad quality the flowers have been delivered.

Very very disappointed and angry with this situation!
