I ordered a different arrangement and they sent me flowers that seems were just picked up on the street and put them in the vase! AND THEY WILL NOT CONTACT YOU BACK EITHER! No customer service!

I will NEVER use this agency again. My order has still not been delivered and I am unable to speak to a REAL person. All I get is a form response. This agency has no phone number to call. A complete disaster.

This business and its customer service are totally substandard. There is no way to give a review on the Floraqueen's actual website. Buyer beware!
Order placed 30th March. Order delivery date requested 14th April. Advised on 14th April they would not be delivered until 16th April. Order status from 11th April being prepared. Advised all day today order would be delivered and was in van on route delivery today 16th April.
Guess what? Just been informed it will. Now be Monday 18th April? So on Monday what happens? Another delay another lie? The flowers will be dead...

Hi all potential users of this company. Recently I sent flowers with a vase with Floraqueen to my friend in New Zealand. I paid about 100 Euros. My friend sent me a thank you email plus a photo of the delivered flowers, which are nothing like what I paid for. Basically I ordered some expensive flowers with a vase, Floraqueen delivered a bunch of crap flowers without a vase. I wrote to their complaint department and got no answer.
This company may be no more than a website with a couple of cheaters. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.

I'm very upset with the service I have had, my flowered were supposed to be delivered a week ago, I accidentally typed my fiancés phone number wrong, they contacted me and I corrected it and gave them the correct phone number, ever since then my order has still not arrived, I've sent 4 emails and there is no phone number to contact, I can't get my money back or see where my order is, I've reached out many times, definitely don't trust them because my money has basically been stolen

This company is a complete scam I ordered flowers in Paris supposed to be delivered 5 days ago on the 19th I wrote many emails never answered I never even heard from them till this day. They did take the money out of my account though thank God I use the credit card cancel your order through your credit card company information beware do not order from this company

They don't deliver, then they send fake emails saying it has been delivered. They refuse a refund if found out and make up bizarre and untrue excuses why undelivered (pretending the address is incorrect for example). I do not believe this is a genuine company that operates with any intention to provide the services they advertise. Report and avoid at all costs.

I ordered a flower delivery for my sister's birthday in Denmark, I paid for the deluxe and paid $20 for vase. I emailed costumer service 5 days ago and haven't heard anything back up to this day. This is what's been delivered to surprise my sister!

Not only did floraqueen not deliver the flowers the day I requested, they also delivered something completely different than what I ordered. I ordered a beautiful bouquet of all pink roses and tulips called Subtle Freshness: Roses and Lilies, and this is the mess they delivered. On top of that, the vase I ordered was included. Floraqueen did refund the shipping and vase but that is little compensation for the disappointing experience. Buyer beware. There are many other options for international flower service. Stay away from Floraqueen!

I spent 256 dollars for the order for my friend birthday on February 26. But the order has never been delivered. I tried to react the company by sending many emails but no reply. They don't have any phone numbers to contact. It is really bad company and website. Please don't trust this company.

Answer: Its a SCAM! DO NOT ORDER! I ordered mothers day flowers that still to this day were not delivered. They have not even answered me. Please do not waste your money. They took my money and that was it! It is a SCAM.

Answer: The snail mail address for these clowns in a hotel in Spain. So sorry you got taken as we all did. I actually got about 50% of what I paid for sent to Brazil. The company was a nightmare to deal with. When you finally reach them at [email protected] be prepared for enough of a run around you can cancel your gym membership!
