The flower arrangements in the website look beautiful and chic. I ordered a bouquet as a gift to my friend's mother in Argentina and she got a completely different, cheaper version than what was shown on the site. The picture speaks for itself. If they had charged me 35 USD for the bouquet and vase it would be ok, but what she got was NOTHING worth the 106USD that I paid. Don't be fooled and take your business elsewhere!

I would highly recommend this company. I ordered a gift for my son and his family who live in France, there was something for everyone, plant and pot, wine, macarons, chocolates and palmiers! Delivery was prompt and the gift was much appreciated. However on this occasion the pot was damaged in transit, not something that usually happens. The response to my email was by return and the issue dealt with in a most professional manner. I will definitely be returning to this company when I need to send a gift in future.
We ordered flowers and candy for my mother-in-law for Christmas. The orchid was delivered DEAD. My husband has been trying to contact customer service to no avail. This service is expensive and a total waste of money. The WORST!

We ordered the premium bouquet as a birthday present together with a birthday card and vase on 17th December. Bouquet supposed to arrive on 21st December. But unfortunately, it didn't arrive on birthday. And it is not only that the bouquet arrived too late, it arrived in quite bad condition, and with not all flowers which were supposed to be in the bouquet. Premium bouquet is supposed to have more flowers, but here you removed some of them. Bouquet was ordered 5 days in advance, and you managed to not send it on time, even though you have been in that business since 2004, so you should know how long it takes to prepare and deliver flowers.
I was reading your company goals and you didn't meet any of these goals. Especially when it comes to customer focus and "We make People smile". I sent three time follow up e-mail and messages but I didn't get any response. If you are calling this customer focused then I can say that you are not acting as professionals you are acting as scammers.
As I already mentioned, your motto is "We make People smile", only whom you are bringing smile is your bank account, all other parties feel sadness and fraud.

I sent a plant, a bottle of wine and chocolates to a friend of mine in Germany. The plant arrived dead and frozen. I tried to contact the company. There is NO PHONE NUMBER and the link that is supposed to get you to a customer relations person DOESN'T WORK! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
This poor bouquet of 10 small roses, one chrysanthemum, a twig of aster cost over 50 euros, came a day too late and literally frozen by the cold (ice in the box) because of really bad packaging and not adapter to the weather outside at all.
I placed an international order with Floraqueen for a potted pink azalea, to be delivered to my mother in England for her wedding anniversary on 10 November. She is 95 and living in a nursing home. Notice of delivery was never issued, and the plant still has not arrived. I have written three times to FloraQueen, with no satisfactory response. This has cost me $103. I said that i would accept either [very] late delivery, or refund. Still no response.
They lie about delivering orders, and will just send you wrong address updates untill they have the necessary flowers ready. No customer service at all. The website looks good, that's the only plus.
They sent a bouquet that looked nothing like the picture online and then responded to my complaint that they agreed to the change given the quality was the "same or higher". Which is 100% a lie - there are 8 instead of 50 flowers and it is tiny and ugly. STAY AWAY.
My deployed husband sent this to me with the best intentions as we are due with our baby in two weeks. This is what he ordered vs what I got, it seems comical to even compare. Given the price that was charged it really seems like it's a rip off ($130 use) Kindly request a reimbursement you can pick up the Flowers as this is not what he paid for, super misleading.
I placed an order on 14th November and paid for same day delivery. Still to this day (21st November) no flowers have ever turned up. Multiple attempts have been made to chase this up but no matter how hard I try no one has got back to me! They are quick to send emails regarding "my next order" and offers etc but that's it! If I could put zero stars I would. Ordered some flowers to be delivered to my mom on Wednesday. Paid over $80 for a simple bouquet. Did not get delivered Wednesday. Messaged them on their website. No answer. Messaged them again today (Sunday) as the flowers were still not delivered. No answer. I filed a case with PayPal. Do not order from them, they will scam you out of your money. I am still waiting for a refund!
I spent $95.00 with FloraQueen on a floral bouquet for a memorable event to a lady at an address in rural Israel.
I had twice checked that the address was OK for delivery - no reply from FloraQueen's "customer service"
The bouquet was never delivered, nor did I receive any note or phone call from FloraQueen, so I was in ignorance, resulting in a humiliating experience a week later.
I wrote several times after the event for an explanation and two months later a reply told me that the Company had communicated with me to explain before the delivery date - Total Fiction!

Since a week I try to follow up with my order as it seems stuck at DPD. When I contact to customer service to help me track my package they automatically reply and tell me how to track my order online. I ALREADY DID IT! I cannot also cancel my order as it says my order has been on the way and not possible to get refund. There is no single person i can talk to! All customer service is based on online ticket raising!

I decided to send my girlfriend flowers on her birthday, I live in Denmark and she currently stays on the Gran Canary island. I was a bit worried about that she would get them, but everything turned out fine, and my girlfriend became very happy.
Answer: Its a SCAM! DO NOT ORDER! I ordered mothers day flowers that still to this day were not delivered. They have not even answered me. Please do not waste your money. They took my money and that was it! It is a SCAM.
