There should be "no stars" rate for this case! Worst experience ever! Made a purchase three days ago from Germany, the same day received notification "Status is: Delivered" - flowers were NEVER delivered. NO answers to emails - now I'm not sure this company exist at all. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
I also asked for refund - but now it's not possible because "the order is already being prepared by our team" THAT'S A LIE! Wrote one more email and requested the refund again - NO ANSWER!

The bouquet I ordered was delivered more than one day late, even though I submitted the order almost a week ahead. It had been sent by courier and traveled for 3 days in a cardboard box, so no wonder the flowers were in a terrible state. I tried to contact Floraqueen via their customer service form - it didn't work. So I found an email on their website and sent them an email instead. No answer. I sent another email 3 days later.This time it was undeliverable. I resent it by inputing the address manually. Undeliverable. There is no phone number on the website, no customer service online chat. The bouquet would have been beautiful if the flowers had been fresh. They should have used a local florist, not one hundreds of miles away. I shall never use this company again.
This email is to let you know that we were quite disappointed/surprised by the flower delivery.
The delivery as such was timely and quickly executed.
However, the bouquet has nothing to do with our initial order. I understand that there could be differences between he photo and the real bouquet but none of the flowers in the description were part of it.
In the order it was said that the following will be included: pink anastasias, white roses, white alstroemerias, pink roses.
Instead, we paid 61,90 € for 8 tulips and several branches of eucalyptus.
We haven't seen the chocolates and the vase but hopefully these were as described in the order.

I have been using FloraQueen for several years and they have never failed. The plants and flowers arrived in perfect condition and on time 100% of the time.
I placed an order to be delivered on 24.2.2023, till date 1.3.2023 the order has not been delivered nor have I got a feedback although repeated reminders are being sent requesting for status. VERY POOR SERVICE - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THEM - YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY AND ENERGY SENDING REMINDERS AND ALSO YOU ARE UNABLE TO SEND A GIFT. WHAT A SHAME.
After my earlier post, I received a message yesterday 01.03.2023 stating that the order was delivered on 24.2.2023, when it was not delivered. I requested for an explanation, as usual no reply.
I ordered flowers for Feb 14. They were very late so I tried to cancel my order but could not. They were delivered the 22! They looked horrible, flowers were wilted, dry and pedals falling off.
Horrible! Ordered twice from them, the first time they didn't include the stuffed animal and refused the refund of it claiming they did. The second time they didn't deliver at all on my daughters birthday and now ignore my messages with no refund. They only have customer service through email
Made an order to be delivered in the UK. Was never delivered.
After initial response to which they said to check with the neighbours, subsequently never responded.
I will never use them again as essentially they just look to rob people.

Purchased flowers to be delivered February 7th. Two weeks after, they are not delivered though I contacted them twice. With no answer so far. Will they one day? I am afraid this company is a scam. They will certainly, like for other previous reviews, answer that they will contact me to redress the situation. I am not sure they will. Seemly 107 dollars lost.

This company is a complete Scam and I wished I had read the reviews before dealing with them. Spent £90 on sending flowers internationally for Valentine's Day. They email me on Valentine's Day to say they have logistical problems and they would be delivered the following day. Nothing delivered. Although they say on there website they are. Reading the reviews they do this to everybody. No contact number tells you everything. Messaged them over 16 hours ago and got no reply. Everybody needs to report this scam company to VIsa and Mastercard and let's get them shutdown
It is now the 16th of February and FloraQueen has still failed to deliver the flowers and chocolates I ordered for my mother for Valentine's Day. Their customer service is a useless, obfuscatory mess. I strongly caution against using this fraudulent service.
UPDATE: FloraQueen did indeed respond as they indicate below. But the response was in keeping with their bad faith: They refused to give me a full refund and instead presented me with a laughable, 10 Euro credit for a $150 order. The gift, btw, STILL hasn't come (I type this at 1:00 p.m on 2/16; the latest I was promised was 2/15, and their own records say it's still in preparation.)
I told FloraQueen that their response was unacceptable and insulting and that I disputed the charge with my credit card company. They will need to take me to court if they want me to pay for a service they manifestly did not deliver.
UPDATE 2: FloraQueen CLAIMED that the order was delivered on February 17th at 8:15 a.m. Not only would this have been 2 days after the order was promised but it was FALSE. The order was never delivered.
Now, they are asking me for more information. I would hope this review would be sufficient, along with sending them the order number.
UPDATE 3: I just received what looks to be a botmail from FloraQueen. My response: Hi Veronica,
Thanks for the email. But I would note: a) it comes THREE WEEKS after my last contact, and b) does not include the link referred to.
This, I'm sorry to say, is in keeping with the sub-sub-subpar level of service I have experienced from FloraQueen, and it underscores why I have contested the charge and have demanded a full refund. The bank that issues my credit card is looking into the situation. I will continue to spread the word about FloraQueen's woeful performance in response to the order I placed in hopes that my mom would receive roses and chocolate on Valentine's Day, an order that NEVER arrived, even after being told that it was arriving two days late after it was promised. An immediate, full refund would go some way toward repairing the breach. I advise you to do that.

Ordered flowers for delivery in Australia. Asked for a delivery date two weeks in the future, so plenty of time to prepare. Order never arrived. Inquiries initially went completely unanswered. Then, received an email that contained only the text of my inquires and complaints. Essentially, this is a criminal enterprise
I paid online for flowers to be delivered that never were. The only way to contact them is online and asks for a password I never set up and it won't let me start one. Using this company is throwing your money away.
They have Not Called the recipient, No Delivery, still no contact or Delivery the day after supposed delivery, No contact from FloraQueen since contacting customer Service "where is my order"
I would NOT Recommend this service to anyone
As usual they fail again, Next day service on an accepted date that was booked well in advance, missing message, no response to emails and a "we could care less " attitude. Absolutely NOT TO USE they will fail you! They are excellent at taking your money, but will not deliver
The flowers I ordered arrived wilted and looked horrible. I sent a message to them at the email address they have listed to contact and they never responded. Strong recommendation to avoid FloraQueen.
I purchased a 90€ order and had to cancel due to personal reasons on January 25,2023. The admin fees of 9.9€ were deducted but the rest of the amount is not refunded, until today Feb 6,2023. The costumer service showed me a screenshot saying that they've reimbursed me, but my bank has not received any refund. The time allocated to be refunded is up to 10 days. Extremely disappointed
Answer: Its a SCAM! DO NOT ORDER! I ordered mothers day flowers that still to this day were not delivered. They have not even answered me. Please do not waste your money. They took my money and that was it! It is a SCAM.

Answer: The snail mail address for these clowns in a hotel in Spain. So sorry you got taken as we all did. I actually got about 50% of what I paid for sent to Brazil. The company was a nightmare to deal with. When you finally reach them at [email protected] be prepared for enough of a run around you can cancel your gym membership!
