Didn't deliver flowers at all, and then do not want to make a refund. Customer support said "There was incomplete address information", but marked my order as completed and didn't even bother to call and notify about the delivery. This is either scam or they just don't want to work.

I order a $100 bouquet, and the day of delivery, I was emailed today that they don't have the flowers advertised, but that will do something "nice" with the flowers available locally. I asked to send me a picture, and they told me "they don't have the service to send me a picture"?! Are you kidding me! In an era where homeless people and kids have smartphones, this million dollar company couldn't send me a picture of the bouquet I didn't choose, but that I'll be sending to a love one for $100. Will NEVER use them again! Pathetic!
My order was stated to be delivered on a Friday back in February and was never delivered. The florist called the recipient on Saturday to tell her she can come pick up the flowers as they don't re-deliver but I have major issues with this. For one if they were able to contact the recipient on Saturday why wasn't there an attempt to contact the customer on Friday when the "said delivery" was attempting to complete the delivery. Secondly the recipient is dealing with major health issues therefore going to pick up the flowers is not an option hence me ordering something to be delivered. I wasn't even contacted when they tried to make the delivery and this is completely unacceptable. I'm very dissatisfied with this order and the mismanagement of the delivery. Now months later they still won't refund me for a delivery that never happened. Save yourself the trouble and order elsewhere.

Ordered flower for Germany 4 days in advance - on the day at 3pm received email saying flowers would be 2 days late! So I asked to cancel and get full refund to my card. They gave me a 'voucher' 3 more request for full refund and they just keep replying we have sent you a voucher - I don't want a voucher! I won't ever use them again!
Order *******. I don't recommend the company. My wife never received her birthday card either. I paid for the purple one, not the pink one. That's an email, I sent to Ms. Marta.

The flowers were delivered efficiently on time but the quality of the buquet was very poor and nothing like the pictures n the website. I do not suggest this company.
Being 4000 miles away from my daughter is so hard on her golden birthday. I took a chance and ordered and was very happy how fast the delivery was. The quality was good and they looked like the photos online. Thank you
This website is a scam. I spent 100 euros, but they never delivered or even replied to any of my messages after. They do not even have a phone number. If you want to find out more go to their Facebook page a read all of the comments from people who have also been scammed.
Be careful and be wary of making orders for Floraqueen.com. They are crooks and scammers. They took the money, the order was not delivered, the money was not returned. Requests are not being answered. Five days later, they gave a voucher that can only be used when placing two orders. Complete morons and bastards.
They charged me for a card and they did not send. Also check the attached, does this look like 86$ gift?Wrapped in paper like a supermarket flowers and in tape?

Ordered some flowers for my family cuz they looked so good on the pictures got dead flowers. Contacted them they told me they are going to send new once but never did. Contacted them many many times again never got an answer.

I bought a birthday package for a close friend who lives in Poland. Over half the items were missing with no number or email to contact to either get a refund or most importantly deliver my friends birthday gift.
Paid for "DeLuxe" bucquet, got 9 flowers. What is a standard bucquet, 3 flowers? Midrange 5? Pathetic.
On top of this the waze I ordered is completely different. Support is silent although got an automated email confirming "Andy" was looking into it. Avoid this business. You have been warned. They are nothing but scammers.
I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday, and they not only did not deliver the order but also they did not return any money!
When cornered they sent me some pics of giving flowers to some man at a desk...and claiming that the delivery was completed. In that case, they can simply give the flowers to any random stranger.

I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Roses & Alstroemerias - Deluxe bouquet on March 8 for March 10,2023 delivery to Germany. After ordering I saw all these negative reviews of FloraQueen, which made me regret making my order. However, the flowers were delivered on time and the bouquet looked good. Correct vase as included and my note was printed on a nice looking paper.
The arrangement didn't look quite as good as the photo on the website, but that is expected for any such order. The delivered arrangement was still nice enough, a petal or two might be winter-touched, but flowers looked fresh enough to last. Next day it looked even better as the flowers opened up more. Attached photos show advertised photo from website versus actual received. I would've given 4 to 5 stars if there were a few more roses.
Answer: Its a SCAM! DO NOT ORDER! I ordered mothers day flowers that still to this day were not delivered. They have not even answered me. Please do not waste your money. They took my money and that was it! It is a SCAM.

Answer: The snail mail address for these clowns in a hotel in Spain. So sorry you got taken as we all did. I actually got about 50% of what I paid for sent to Brazil. The company was a nightmare to deal with. When you finally reach them at [email protected] be prepared for enough of a run around you can cancel your gym membership!
