This is a freaking SCAM and DONT PURCHASE from them! They deliver NOTHING AT ALL on the day I requested, then I emailed them saying that I will dispute the transaction and make sure they receive no money at all. The next day they deliver the bouquet to the address WITHOUT KNOCKING THE DOOR, just QUIETLY QUICKLY SNEAKILY put down the bouquet at the door front and left. And the bouquet as expected, are absolutely no the same as what you ordered on their website, it's NOT THE SAME COLOR, NOT FRESH, and the add on card and chocolates are NOT THERE as well! They just simply a SCAM. So hopefully you could see this review and stop buying anything from them. And tell your friends too! (p.s. I'm going to dispute the money anyways cause these kind of spam company do not deserve in receive any money! I hope you do the same too to cut all these freaking jerks out.)
Don't waste your money. I spent $118 to get a bouquet for my niece's birthday and was so excited to surprise her with a nice premium bouquet that I paid extra to get the best of the best. I also wanted to send it to her gym where she goes to work out and make it as a big surprise. First of all the driver spoiled the surprise by calling her and telling her that he had a bouquet for her and if he can meet her somewhere to give it to her instead of delivering it to the gym pretending he couldn't find it. It's a very well known gym in the area that you can't miss. Worse than that is the bouquet he gave her was a joke. Nothing like the one 8n the website. I wouldn't pay even$10 for it if I knew that's what she was to get. I'm going to attach the picture of what she got and what she was supposed to get and you will be the judge. The one I ordered has lilies and roses. This one doesn't have any lilies at all. I paid extra to get the premium in quality and size but didn't get what I paid extra for. Don't be fooled by the pictures. They're nothing like what you get. Total RIP off. I'm very upset and unhappy to spend $118 to get some not even fresh roses. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else for quality flowers and better delivery service. Oh and I forgot to mention that the birthday card was a simple piece of paper and handwritten with mistakes.

I ordered a bouquet for a special event(yep we are all ordering bouquets for special events) on 17. 10. 22 with a note that it should be delivered on 19.10.2022.
As I understand they gave my order to another company in that region/country that sent it via DHL.
From 10 AM(19.10.2022) I was able to track the order via "Live" tracking(according to DHL there were 10 stops until my delivery and according to the provided map it was not more than two hours) and somewhere around 5 PM "Live" tracking stopped working. Right now is almost 9 PM and still no bouquet.

Not what I ordered and paid lots of money for
The order I placed with FloraQueen has been delivered yesterday to Spain (order no *******) but it was nothing like I ordered and paid lots of money for. A big disappointment!
The flowers were not what I ordered and much smaller bouquet from the one I picked and I paid for.
The wine was not the wine I ordered but some cheap alternative.
I ordered and paid for the card ('love is all you need') but there was NO card delivered. My message was written on ordinary paper and delivered like that.
I am asking for the refund now actually for difference in price for the bouquet size, the difference in price for the wine and full refund for the card to be paid to my card. I don't think it will be an easy process because since I placed this order, they never replied to any of my emails and messages (I had questions about delivery).
If this does not happen, I will make an official complaint and chase this until I get what I am eligible to.

They did not deliver the flowers at the date requested, they only notified me via e-mail that the delivery will not be done in the evening when it was obvious that they will not deliver the flowers.

Orderde flowers to be sent to friend in Paris. As I clicked out of PAY page, a splash showed quickly that the PARIS address was changed to my address in LOS ANGELES. Trying to get a hold of any Support was BY FloraQueen design IMPOSSIBLE! No phones, no direct link e-mails came back as mailer daemons. As a result, the 'TIME'allowed for a refund was well past, amnd the flowers 'SHIPPED' before I heard back. Once shipped, their policy is NO REFUND. So they waited to reply until AFTER SHIPPED so NO refund. Then they CANCELLED the shipment and gave me a VOUCHER for the COST. Then, everytime I accessed the site, all the flowers that were in the $34'to $80 range were in $100 -$! 40 range. I waited a few weeks until a new add came to my inbox. I clicked that link and saw the $34-$80 range flowers. Tried to rebuy my originals, NOT AVAILABLE in THE US. OK, so I put in another selection for about the same amount, maybe a little less. NO PLACE TO ENTER the VOUCHER, only credit card or PAYPAL. I read a review of someone who had a similar issue, and FLoraQueen CHARGED their CREDIT CARD the FULL AMOUNT, and never honored the VOUCHER! THEY ARE NOTHING LESS THAN CROOKS! DON'T USE THEM! IF you do, USE AT YOUR OWN PERIL.
Bad service, never delivered on time, and liers as they said they came to deliver but was not true, as I was home all day, and paid to be delivered on that day, flowers very poor quality and very expensive, don't buy from Flora Queen!

Ordered flowers to be delivered on 2nd Oct. Deliverer/florist tried to contact recipient the day before but recipient was unable to answer in time. Recipient tried to contact deliverer on 2nd Oct and later on around 3rd or 4th, both not getting answered. I tried to contact customer service on the 3rd, and again on 5th both with no response. Total scam, not even informing if order was lost and unrefundable just hung and still no response till now (5th).
Update(6th Oct): after posting this review customer service immediately responded and communicated with florist to give an explanation (more of an excuse to deflect blame) that said they tried to contact the day before because sunday was not doable for them therefore could not deliver on both days. This was not informed to me or the recipient beforehand while the order was put since the 29th so they had plenty of time. Nothing useful towards a solution for the current situation(can it still be delivered, if not refunded, or not at all) has been gained by this interaction and customer service is back to not responding. Amazing. The business and it's partners both have terrible service it seems, especially shows that they don't have proper SOP.
Last update(7th Oct): Still ignored by customer service. They have changed the order status to delivered (it has not). Obvious the business has no intentions of providing decent service or helping its customers, only to look like they do in review sites so other people will fall prey. Stay clear of this horrible "business".
Tried to send flowers to my aunt in Manchester UK from Chicago. Flowers were never delivered. Spent $100! Sent numerous requests to customer service and no response. Too bad I didn't see all their negative reviews before I spent my hard earned $$$

I ordered a plant to be delivered to a friend in Spain for her birthday on 26/9/22. It wasn't delivered on that date as my friend wasn't home (I assume). So, I gave Floraqueen support her contact details so they could agree on a convenient time for delivery. It still didn't arrive but I was promised that it would do on 29/9/22 and offered a discount voucher for the delay, As of this afternoon, the order status is still "In Transit" - one week late! I keep eamiling (I can't find a phone number) but the responses have dried up, so I have no idea where it is. If it hasn't been delivered, I expect (but not with a lot of hope) a refund. Not at all impressed.

The day after I receive a message saying that the flowers arrive (?), and that I should contact them in case of trouble.
Now I find all these reviews, where many people expose that FloraQueen are scammers.
Never using them again, and asking now a refund on PayPal.

On 12.09.2022 I ordered a bouquet worth 45,90€ from Greece to be delivered on 15.09.2022 in Vienna. The order WAS NEVER DELIVERED on the grounds that the cooperating florist went to the shipping address, he claims that the recipient was absent, but he did not leave a note and did not even try to contact her by phone, as HE HAD NO OBLIGATION according to company practice (there is no relevant condition in "Terms of purchase" of company's website). Company stubbornly refuses to refund or resend the bouquet. This is obviously a scam.

I made four orders, in the first order the wrong box of chocolates arrived, in the third order two roses were dried up, the fourth order of roses was normal but the candies were not the same, the bear was not the same and damaged. I won't use this service again.

My flowers were delivered today but the majority of them are withered and have their heads hanging off. Instead of bringing them to my door they have been thrown over 12 foot gate therefore any decent flowers that were there are also damaged. This is the second time this company has ripped my son off and I would strongly recommend that nobody else uses them.

WORST SERVICE EVER. This website is a complete waste of money. I ordered the biggest version of a beautiful pastel orange bouquet for a party on Saturday, with a card. They delivered a medium bouquet of bright orange and red flowers on Monday, with a fault in the text which was printed on a piece of paper instead of written inside the card. I sent multiple emails to customer service with pictures as proof of the multiple mistakes and a screenshot of the bouquet from their website. They have now removed the page from their website so that it can not be consulted anymore, but I still have my screenshots. I was offered a 20% discount for my next order, saying 'sorry you aren't satisfied, but it looks good to us'. This is a complete joke and I will NEVER be using this website again.

Answer: Its a SCAM! DO NOT ORDER! I ordered mothers day flowers that still to this day were not delivered. They have not even answered me. Please do not waste your money. They took my money and that was it! It is a SCAM.
Answer: Have cancelled the order because of unacceptable delay three times, but this was ignored!
Answer: The snail mail address for these clowns in a hotel in Spain. So sorry you got taken as we all did. I actually got about 50% of what I paid for sent to Brazil. The company was a nightmare to deal with. When you finally reach them at [email protected] be prepared for enough of a run around you can cancel your gym membership!
