All of my orders have been cancelled for reasons unknown to me. Why take orders and display us delivery timelines when Flipkart can't control item delivery? Poor experience, and their back end support is handled by illiterate individuals who are unable to answer any questions.

On these days Flipkart providing very bad services and becoming very fraudulent on especially on big billion days and offers prices increasing and they given offers on products there is no use for customers Amazon is better than flipkart.cheaper quality and waste of money right now iam uninstall my Flipkart application and never buy any product total fraud business.

Flipkart and ekart logistic service is very bad the delivery boy *******792 he has delivered the parcel at door step and he changed the delivered date without any confirmation
Dete hai sir, Kab tak problem is going to be resolved. Maina first problem raised kiay tha 9 October ko app logne ne kha ki within 48hrs ( i.e. 11october) fir app logne kaha ki wait for 12 Oct,fir app logne kaha wait last date 13 October. By 13 October our problem is resolved, but abhi problem resolved howi nahi na hi refund howa or na hi pick-up howa hai.magar app log apna Side save karne ke liye problem resolved nahi howi hai tabhi waha per problem resolved hoga hai lihk diye ho. "Very nice hai na".
Inti badi brand hai magar services or problem resolved karne mai app log koi paan dukan sai bhi kharab ho.

Guys I ordered iPhone 14 from Flipkart on big billion sale and after a day I start noticing that my iPhone is giving random switch off and I tried to contact service centre and then informed me about that my iPhone is having hardware issue.but after so much of hustle bustle I came at the end not Flipkart service centre nor iPhone service centre helped me after so many things and at last I gave my iPhone for repaired so …. Never buy online especially from flipkart( not expecting this from such reputative company) rather then buying from these kind. Of stores even in days of warranty they are unable to replace my damage iphone I personally suggest pls buy from local stores or from Apple Store
I ordered hair serum but instead I got body lotion...wow just wow!
And there's no return policy...like wth m I suppose to do with the body lotion!

I was ordered 19 grocery items, when I was checked all items, it is found that half kg rajma send instead of 1kg urad dal, when I complaint, they are just ignoring and not resolved. Now I decided to remove Flipkart app forever.
Everyday products are cheaper on Flipkart.com. They promise faster delivery. But, if you don't donate to their cause, they treat you differently.
I just ordered an Indulekha Hair Oil on Tuesday, the 3rd of October, 2023. During checkout, they prompted to donate to their children's cause. For personal reasons, I chose not to and completed the payment. They claimed that it'll be delivered by 9 PM on the same day. I waited till 10. Then I checked the orders page. They said it's not deliverable and they'll attempt to deliver on the next working day. So, I waited again. At the end of the day, when I checked the orders page, it still showed the same thing.
So, I raised a complaint. They said they'll solve it by 8th October. Now, what kind of a response is that?
I proceeded further by chatting to one of their agents. I requested a refund, since they were doing such a fabulous job with my order. He said they have an issue with their delivery department and it's not possible to refund my money.
Anyway, I learnt a lesson from Flipkart. Never buy trivial items from them especially if you're in need. Maybe if I donated to their cause, I may have had that Indulekha Hair oil in hand by now.
I had ordered an electrical stove on Flipkart and it was defective when I had Ganpati at the house my food material got wasted they didn't even bother to give me a replacement I received msg one-day replacement and they sent it after a one-week festival never ordered any delivery person is also worst since the afternoon I am taking follow up they also useless they also making fool to client
Flipkart's service is very bad, the delivery is not done on time and we are waiting for the delivery date, but on the same day, the automatic date is changed and the date comes after a week.

I have purchased two Atomberg Ameza 5 star ceiling fans through the Flipkart website dt. 14-09-2023 Rs.5008/- and the fan delivered at my home dt. 15-09-2023 through Ekart Logistics delivery boy at 8:20 pm.
At the time of installation the Atomberg Company Fan is not working properly and I am shocked because Three Big Fraud Companies run in India - Flipkart / Atomberg / Ekart Logistics - Company provide me with used and defective items.
I have complained to flipkart and Atomberg to return this product and refund my amount. Fipkart and Atomberg Company said to me as per Company Policy new fresh items will be provided to you soon. Today Ekart Logistics Company delivery boy came to my home at 12:10 pm and provided me with a used and defective Atomberg Ameza 5 star ceiling fan and the delivery boy agreed this is a used and defective Atomberg Ameza 5 star ceiling fan.
All video and photos are available at the time of delivery and I have decided to register a Police Complaint for Three Big Fraud Companies run in India - Flipkart / Atomberg / Ekart Logistics - Company.

They give wrong product. Sometime product is missing.sometime wrong colour...when you try to return they give lot of excuses and do not take it back.

Customer support पूरा बकवास हैं, एक बार product purchase करो, फिर return के लिए सारी जिंदगी परेशान होते रहो, flipkart 2021 के बाद पिट चुकी है, आप पहले प्रोडक्ट को परचेज करते हैं प्रॉब्लम होने पर कस्टमर केयर से बात करते हैं वह कहते हैं कि हम अपनी टीम को फॉरवर्ड कर रहे हैं और वह प्रोसेसिंग में 7 से 8 महीने का समय निकाल देते हैं पूछने पर कस्टमर का अकाउंट ब्लॉक कर देते हैं ताकि आपको वह अपने कस्टमर की लिस्ट से ही हटा देते हैं मेरा अकाउंट ******* ******* से मैंने प्रोडक्ट को बुक किया और आज तक पछता रहा हूं जनवरी 2023 से 20 सितंबर 2023 तक ना तो मेरा प्रोडक्ट रिटर्न किया गया ना मेरे पैसे रिफंड किए गए ऊपर से मेरा खाता भी बंद कर दिया गया
Buy any thing at your own risk.
If you purchased anything from which has warranty to cover you could not be able to do that. NO proper communication will be provided. SUppose you purchased mobile or TV from flipkart and you got deffective product from it. Normally people try to cancel and get the refund.
They will block your account and will say you will be blocked permanently from this platform as your cancellation rate is high. And they will not pick ur product. Your money will be waste with such platform.
Don't ever ever try to buy from such site. Try to buy from genuine company website.
Flipkart has local reseller, will sell you deffective products everytime. Just think 10 times why he is able to sell at low price, because it has some deffects. Why particular brand not able to sell the particular product at flipkart price.
Answer: Worst experience with call center people working from home. I have receive damage product. After the request for call back. Bloody they call and putting call on mute for time.
